The Basics of Ordering Bloodwork

I had no issue using my real name (need to because you're paying with a credit card online) and address. The place that draws blood don't even asked for ID's. You just hand them the work-order, grab a sit, and 5 minutes later you're done!

I do notice that privateMD results are usually with in 1-2days and LabsMD is 3-5 days

Is is possible to use a visa/mastercard gift card to pay for the test? I was planning on using LabMD because the Lab they use is very close to my home. But my current address has a different zip than the billing address on my credit card and LabMD says they need to match. Also just a question for anyone, after you make your purchase does the order with whatever tests you bought just like come in the mail? How do you get the order to show the nurse who is drawing your blood?

Asking for ID is most likely just a company policy since they do testing for people on probation, drug clinics and other employment related testing. They are required to verify the person giving the sample.

Rocco, I think your prescribing Doc would just make a requisition form for quest or labcorp.

my wife recently had some bloods done, the doc did the requisition and Quest billed our insurance. My insurer gets a pretty good deal from quest, even though we had to pay for some of the not covered items. The bill from Quest was originally $1500, my insurers price was $450

The state I'm in doesn't require a script but I think you can just get him to give you the script, scan it and email or fax it to them, they will probably require you to bring the original in when you show up for you're draw. I would give the a call or shoot them an email and ask them the best way to go about it

Can low T affect you in the gym? Because I can rep shit out, like 225 on flat bench for 30 reps, but I am always tired and have trouble with ED every once in a while. Plus, I am always in a pissed off mood. I will let you guys know my results when I get them in.

Men also order the hormone panel for females, you just check the box for male.
If you are repping the shit out of 225, I'll go out on a limb and say you have normal test but youre an asshole with ED

I just want to share my experience.
When I got to the lab I signed in and had a seat. Few minutes later lady called my name and I went to the counter and handed her my paper work. My worst fear came to reality! She asked me for ID! Everywhere I read people say "they don't ask for ID. They just want to see paper work". But I was asked. So I started to panic/nervous and told lady I had no ID on me and left my wallet at home. She said she just needs to see something that will show my name matches what's on the paper work. She mentioned about using my car registration. So I went out to my car (thinking the whole time I'm screwed. I drove 65 miles for nothing. She would surely see the state.) grabbed my registration and went back in and showed her my registration. She saw my name and said "ok". She typed everything up and I was golden. I was shocked and relieved at the same time! WoW I dodged a bullet! After that I went in and had my bloods drawn. So I strongly suggest you bring a passport to be 100% safe.
