Hiroshima/nagasaki was unnecessary - we let them keep their emperor after decimating civilian populations even though that was the sticking point in negotiations that led to the bombing. Dresden is another huge example of intentional civilian bombing by the us. Vietnam? Don't even get me started. Our technology is now so far beyond what anyone could have imagined and you are going to chalk up civilian death as an oopsie when it has been on purpose all along? Come on bro. Own it. Tell me something- if tomorrow the government locked everyone in their homes and the military guarded your house perimeter day and night to make sure nobody left and your entire family starved to death while they looked in your windows eating MRE's and following orders- would you not in any way blame the military that oversaw the death of your family? You wouldn't attribute their deaths at all to the men who ensured they died? Go ahead- lie to me dipshit. I’m putting in less energy but still getting more out of them. None of us are affecting US foreign policy and all this boils down to is internet arguing once you bring in “suck it” as a serious counter argument. More echo chamber, more patting your buddy on the back for believing what you already believe in, more grown men calling each other’s manhood into question on the internet... etc etc
