I hear ya. Brutus has a different perspective on life than I do in many areas but he's not a moron and can collect his thoughts and communicate effectively. That makes for decent discussions and opens the possibility of each side getting a better look at one another. It helps growth, potentially. I always welcome a civilized, well thought out discussion like that.

Did he successfully open your perspective? Have you gained an insight or refined and challenged your own? No? You just talked at each other and held onto your own beliefs?
