Time to grow and get strong (PLing w/a little bit of everything)

I'm looking at the results of nationals last year and if I'd have been there with my last performance I'd have been third of fifth and not far from second, so it might be worth considering. The numbers at 220lbs are pretty crazy.
 
I just looked and those totals are for worlds, nationals are a bit lower. We could both realistically go to nationals and worlds next year. Probably not win first, but definitely not last either.

My gym goes to 150's. I hate everything about carrying them and trying to hoist them into position. I've never went above 80's on shoulder press. I think I've used 125's on flat or incline.

Starting to feel a little better endurance wise every workout. Im shortening my breaks and still upping weight and reps. My squat seems to be coming along nicely. Crushed 405 for 3 sets of 6 and a forth for 5 which is on video no problem.
