Nice brother. How do you like them compared to your romaleos? My romaleos are a tad too snug as I got them on clearance and said screw it. If they were a half size bigger they'd be perfect
So how's this new routine doing for you in terms of strength, body composition and endurance?
Also, did your total qualify you for nationals?
I was low 1300s with my sad squat and pull so I highly doubt it.
I'm liking what I'm doing. Well I hate it but it's working. My strength is still going up and up and on squat and deadlift. I'm holding steady with my bench. It takes me so much to add 5lbs to my bench anymore. It's like 400 is my tap out. I'll be going a little heavier on my deadlift tomorrow to see how my hamstring feels. Would love to rep 500 for a few.
All in all I feel better. My legs are growing a lot. Workouts are getting done quicker and strength is holding or going up. So I can't complain.
Nah, I just checked and you're good unless it was the first few pounds of 1300. What do you think about doing nationals in July instead of the April meet?
I think eventually you'll have to move up a weight class to improve your bench. That's got me wanting to do 220 because I really want 405 soon.

Less than 5lbs over? If so you could just walk in the one in April and qualify for it without prep or even breaking a sweat. 450/355/500 cake walk. Don't even need to be on a blast and then blast off for July.
