Time to grow and get strong (PLing w/a little bit of everything)

Yeah, I wouldn't even celebrate holidays if I wasn't surrounded by people that did. My family did Thanksgiving on Sunday since their restaurant is open tomorrow. I'm gonna eat again with my girlfriend's family tomorrow. I'm invited to another one with my other side of the family, but I'm gonna pass on that. Two is all I can handle.

Training going well? Injuries healed up?

Training has been good. Hit 495 for a double at 8.5-9RPE the other day. Pulled 495 for 3 sets of 4 as well. I slightly felt that in my leg but it wasn't bad. Bench has been pretty much the same. 365 for 3 really easy for sets. Still doing lots of high reps for my accessories with minimal to no breaks

Weight between 210-215
Cruising at the moment 300/w
Bench 405 paused 425 tng
Squat 515 with sleeves never really used wraps much
Deadlift is 585 conventional
11/1/17 did a mock meet at the gym with a weight of 210ish give it take I was clothed
S-495 sleeves
B-405
D-585

I have no idea what’s next. I need to build some endurance up. I’m far from fat but I’m out of shape. Gonna try and keep a decent log to keep me in track

lol at out of shape while being more jacked than 90% of this board. Good to have you back.

Good to be back. I mean more so cardio vascular out of shape. Even doing sets of 2-6 gets me out of breath. I feel like it’s holding me back in growth and strength as well. I’m gonna step back a bit and find a way to excel in more than area. Sure it’s something to be good at one thing but why not be good at them all.

I'm trying to get my endurance back, too. Been going to the gym a couple times a week for cardio only. Also just got done doing strictly high bar squat, incline bench, and trap bar deadlift for a few months. At some point in the future I'm going to do that with front squat and overhead press. Maybe even power cleans. Gotta work on mobility, too. Didn't realize how much constant physical work helped with that and endurance until I was off work a few months. Have trouble taking my socks on and off these days, lol.

Im working on things so that I can at least maintain current strength on the big 3 while being able to have real endurance and maybe walk on stage at any time. I want to see how far I can take things. I’m feeling good and healthy why not
 
It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Life gets hectic. Want to try and start logging some training and eating. I haven’t had a strict focus in powerlifting for a while now. Been more on a journey to staying healthy and injury free. Hope everyone is doing alright. A few current stats. I’ve dropped a ton of BF and gotten in really good shape as far as cardiovascular and maintaining muscle mass. In January I was a good 220 and as of today I’m about 190. I squatted 495 for a double last week. Pulled 545 for a triple. Benches 385 for a triple. Still held almost all my strength but I’m capable of actually running and doing high intensity workouts. Currently on the keto diet which has eaten all my fat up. I won’t assume to know my BF but it’s lower than I’ve been before.
