Use an elbow band...I have had the same issue and a band helped relieve the pressure on my elbow tendons.Visiting one of my commercial gyms today. The golfers elbow caused a lot of problems...couldn't even get 70 pounds off on chest dumbbell incline. Struggled on to a poor bench, and couldn't give a fuck by the time I did Tri extensions with a rope. Had some lahrevly squats with bar-only. Not good, need to kick it tomorrow

I've finally figured out how to get rid of it
Mine from pull ups tooMine was caused by excessive pull-ups. Been struggling since March last year. My right arm is good again, but left one is causing issues. At least no impact on deads and squats, but push is a nightmare ...

Post Christmas training sucks for me too. I've taken several weeks off and will start training again February 1st.I'm gonna try chin-ups instead when it has healed, see if that prevents it from flaring back up again.
Anyhow, squats and deads today. Was smoking the squats 5by5 stylee, but realised after a few sets I had counted wrong and was pushing out squats 60 pounds lighter than anticipated. Ventured on to adding two more sets, totalled at 7 and focused on form, technique and speed.
Then DLs and oh my gollish did they come out fast, furious and with form, like cutting through Cold ice With warm piss. First two strapless (the sets, that is, not the piss), then straps the last 3, and added a belt the last two. I think there's soon going to be party time in PR town, maybe two weeks away.
Post-xmas training sucks, totally fell out of the routine. Last comment and thought is that I am 5 weeks away from cycle start and maybe its me brain playing on me both in terms of motivation, guts and focus. Never thought of the pre-cycle training motivation. Anyone else face this?
For me it is like anything else, if I miss one day then it is just as easy to miss the next and then the next and so on.
