What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I do the same, but I was thinking recently that the amount of water used to cook the rice would be a variable that would be very hard to account for if trying to be super exact since it would effect the cooked weight

Maybe it could. I just cook rice 2 parts water: 1 part rice and stay consistent

Serious question.

Any of you guys ever throw dry rice in a cup and chug it down with water?

Will it fuck up your stomach when it expands?

I am trying to think of ways to get extra clean calories without having to chew something. I would imagine it’s not a whole lot different then drinking dry oats with a bit of water.

Looks amazing, wondering how you make your steak ( it's won't be " chewy" after few days in the fridge? ) - I just start changing my diet to more likely to eat mostly beef as protein source ...
I smoke it at 225 on the traeger for an hour and a half, then bring up up to 450 and reverse sear it until internal temp is 138. Then I pull it and wrap in foil and let sit for 15 minutes or so. Usually I only do 5 days at a time and it's fine, hoping 7 days works just as well. I do tri-tips for the beef as well. I'll let you know how the last two containers are

Boneless skinless chicken thighs, beets, broccoliView attachment 119491now if I could just stick with the diet, I should be alright. I'm down 14 pounds. Trying to shake another 10-15. See if I can get rid of my man boobs, and see if I can get my abs visible for once in my life

There's always a Justin or two on your counter. Is it peanut or almond butter?

I've just finally starting getting my diet dialed in this last year. I'll get there, I've always carried a lot of fat in my chest and stomach.
You get it at Costco? 2 per package?
Usually just grab it at Safeway when I'm there. I'll grab at Costco next time though.

Oh man I don't know if they have it. I've never been to Costco. We have Sam's. From what I've seen posted over the yrs Costco has better brands than Sam's. So I just assumed that's where you got it.
