no but i did eat one and a half, and my system i think is in "shock" lmao, That was more sugar,fat,carbs then ive had in a lonng time ,,

I'm pretty confident to say i could eat 6-8 of these after a full savory meal lol. This is why i abstain from sweet cheat meals, i'm having a good time only those 5-10 minutes i'm eating them. Having a BBQ feast or burger(s) and fries leave me satisfied for hours, but that's just me.

I went from eating sweets 3-4 times a week (like 1500-2000kcal each time) to zero and honestly i don't miss it. If i was the same with savory i could reach stage lean condition at least once in my life, but that's not gonna happen haha

i Absolutely agree, but i haven't had sweets like that in over 18 months give or take, It was an impulse purchase when i went to the "Dumb Mall" to buy eyeglasses, And this a.m. i honestly feel like shit, i slept like shit last night and i "FEEL" like a bloated POS,,,
 
You just gobble that down by itself or mix it with something or....

my tuna and chicken I always at least add
Mustard, purple onion, Mabe some olive oil or avacado mayo, and Mabe some chopped pickles or relish. You can also add peas or corn. You can eat it with rice, bread, tortilla or by its self.

Chicken salad just some avacado mayo, onion and mabe celery or green onion with walnuts.

With tuna I make a kinda of bootleg ceveche, I’ll post it some time. Tuna, onion, tomato, cilantro ,lemon juice and hot sauce . Mabe w rice or a few tostadas.

im very blessed to not have gut problems, i can eat most everything with no bloating or discomfort, i count my luck stars too,, gut problems are a horrible thing,,

Might get roasted for suggesting this frankenfood... Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo is a zero calorie mayo-esque substitute. It doesn't taste like mayo, but can be used to make tuna or chicken salad. Add all the other stuff you mentioned and it's not bad.

If I didn't mind the added calories from mayo, it'd be something like Primal Kitchen. Definitely not frankenfood.

real mayo is one thing i still indulge in when having a need for it, which isn't often , but i like the real deal,,
