Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

5'8 208lbs been off cycle for almost 8 months about to get back on now [emoji5]

Colossus, I am assuming this pic is current? If so, congrats on keeping yourself looking great while off cycle, and putting yourself in a great position to start your next cycle ahead of the curve. THIS is what sets apart the men from the boys, the wanna-be's from the will-be's. I see so, so many guys in IRL bitch to me about never getting where they ultimately want to be, and they blame having to come off gear as the reason for having to start each new cycle the same size they were when they started their previous cycle.

But that's not you, my friend! You are looking better off cycle than a lot of guys look on cycle. A testament to keeping it together while off gear.

Again, congrats and good work!

Yes i just took it. That really means a lot man thank you! Im not going to lie its been a bitter 8 months dealing with a back injury for two months and then deciding to let my body take a break completely from everything. Always kept my diet on point and 4 months back in the gym hardcore. I really focused on trying to retain as much as possible naturally. Lord knows though im ready for this natty shit to be over lol

@colossus25, how your strength holding up for being off cycle for so long? Also be careful going forward so as not to get another injury like that as it sure sucks getting an injury on cycle. In my case I got a nasty arm injury while on 3 months back, and it still gives me issues but still able to carry on and finish my cycle. I am 6 weeks off now and my next run is in July.

I definitely loss some strength, deadlift was at 725lbs 3RM now its at 605lbs 3RM (mind you i couldn't deadlift for 3 months). Squat went down from 695lbs 3RM to 600lbs 3RM and bench was the less disappointing loss it went from 435lbs 3RM to 365lbs 3RM. So yeah strength is down quite a bit and size is down quite a bit as well. All the clothes that was tight on me is now baggy as shit lol

Yeah man i tweaked my back bad doing deadlifts, once i had the weight up i loss balance, took a bad step and it was game over. I managed to get to my car but when i got home i couldn't even get out. My girl and roommate at the time literally carried me up the stairs.

Turns out i pushed a disc into my sciatic nerve or shit like that the doctor told me when i got xrays done.
Damn brother, that's nasty shit. Did you have to get spinal fusion surgery or was the doc able to manipulate the disc back into place?

How much were you pulling then?

Sent me to one of the best chiropractors in orlando, Dr. Graham. 2 months therapy and 5k later and i was like new. Was ordered not to do any heavy lifting for at least 3 months after. Now its like it never happened.

I wanted to train like ronnie coleman and i found out the hard way that it was a one way ticket to snap city.
Theres a reason why he has had 3 major back surgeries, 2 hip replacements and working on his 4th back surgery now? Idk if youve seen him recently but you know...there is a price to pay for being reckless.

Its not even said in a negative way. The dude walked it and talked it and is an inspiration. A true badass and no regrets. But its not the best strategy long term

725 for a 3rm? What is your height / weight? If those lifts are legit you're quite possibly the strongest guy on meso.

This used to be my avi lol thats around the time i was pulling like that before i decided to cut down.
