I definitely loss some strength, deadlift was at 725lbs 3RM now its at 605lbs 3RM (mind you i couldn't deadlift for 3 months). Squat went down from 695lbs 3RM to 600lbs 3RM and bench was the less disappointing loss it went from 435lbs 3RM to 365lbs 3RM. So yeah strength is down quite a bit and size is down quite a bit as well. All the clothes that was tight on me is now baggy as shit lol

It was more like 3x my body weight my goal was 4x never reached it though not even close lol mind you i was on TNE and took some halo when i preformed that. I was running test e tren e & EQ.Hubris and possibly some fudging

Idk to be honest with you. It took a lot of dedication to get to that kind of power and most my time spent in the gym was centered around getting my deadlift up. Seeing that i have a lot of friends that think i should be bodybuilding i thought i might try and compete some time in the near future. So to answer your question i don't think ill be attempting it any time soon.And would you ever pull that 725 with confidence ever again?

Never wanted to blow out my back and Ive came close .
