Because I'm an old river rat myself. I love canoeing, swimming, fishing, an camping down at all the near by rivers around. My dad had me in a canoe when I was in diapers....noi much has changed. My 2017 update.

Took all of february off due to nagging injuries and life. Trained the first 2 weeks of March, then stopped again for 2 months. Went from 240ish to 210 Started up again May 15th, so Im 60 days back in.

Cruised the whole time I wasnt im the gym. 200mg Test/wk. When I started back up did 375mg/wk and 26mg sdrol daily. After a month dropped the sdrol, moved Test to 500mg/wk

Now I feel skinny at 230. Body dysmorphia like a mofo.

Thank you man, it means a lot. I couldn't get on for awhile and I been busy as hell, but I'll stop by more often. I don't see many people I know here anymore, but I see some of you guys still around.
