Just scored a 3x. The weather just dipped to below 60° here in the mornings so i switched to my jeans( which is cool) cuz down here its always hot enough for shorts. Even alot of winter days. Much to my suprise my stack of jeans from last year are ALL REALLY TIGHT. :eek: all of em. Legs and ass came a long long ways. And i just started my 2nd cycle of this year. A very productive year:)
 
Yeah man. I switched to oatmeal in the morning from 2 serv of white rice to prevent boredom and oatmeal is the next closest thing to actual puke in your mouth when your full, taking shallow breathes, and very untrusting of every burp.

Hahaha I've been eating a couple servings of oatmeal for breakfast for a couple of months now. Make sure to add the sugar and milk. I scramble my half dozen eggs and mix it with the oatmeal and eat it all together. What can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment

My knees hate me running at 220 lbs. guess I’ll just do HIIT.

I'll tell you how I do it..... I'll grind up an entire can of quick oats in a food processor and put 1c in a shaker cup with 2c egg whites and a scope of protein powder. Way easier!

For a little more money, you can buy oat flour. It's usually right next to the oats. It's just powdered oats. I like my oats in the blender, comes out course unlike the flour.
 
The concern i have with raw eggs or pasteurized egg whites is only about 50% is usable by the body when not cooked...

It appears...you are g2g. No studies but basically you are correct. Pasteurization gives the benefits of a cooked egg and also makes digestion easier. About what i found anyway...thanks man
