You need to bury that pin. You trying to maintain half-three quarter pin depth is causing you to move the pin around causing your pip. Bury that fucker so you can keep it steady.25 1 inch going about halfway to 3/4 in....yes heated on the second go at it and paid mind to inject slower, it helped but still worse than the left side.
Got it thanks, didn't want to hit anything important so I was being conservative also dont have much fat right now so didnt think I needed to go all the way but it makes sense. You need to bury that pin. I've hit a nerve in my quad, and the needle basically jumped out. The pain lasted about 4 days. As silent said, unfortunately you get used to it.
As silly as this may sound...not sure if this is the case...but if your having trouble reaching where you intend to pin, or holding it steady, maybe have someone else do it for you.
My buddy always had issues when pinning his glutes, so he would have me do it. NO HOMO THOUGH!!!
Left quad for me, somehow went almost dead center front of quad, not sure why or how I did it. Anyways found a nerve and it was almost indescribable lol. Big electric jolt, sound of woomph like when you put to much gas on the wood and light it. Arm with pin in it flew straight back out. Took a bit to gather the balls to re pin same quad as soon as I calmed down lolMy favorite
I once hit a nasty nerve in my.lower quad, (Sometimes I'll split quad into 2 sites if I need it)
Fuck kicked the bottom of my table.
I dont pin at the dining room table anymore lol.
wow man. You need to step on stage. Looks like you are getting ready now.
Thanks! Actually a few weeks out
Best of luck to you stage hand!!! You look great. Thanks! Actually a few weeks out
The great part about posterior chain training especially the complex musculature of the back is it takes on a 3d effect from the side. Its a blend of absurdly thick erectors, cobra like hood of the traps and lats that seem to blot out the sun. Rhomboids that seem like a mountain inside a mountain and of course the rear delts which adds the perfect garnish. It takes a while to build every aspect. Genes will dictate alot of where you start and how full each muscle belly is and how wide and thick they can become. Absurd hard work and attention to strict training and alot of food will dictate the majority of your progress. Focus on the meat and potatoes exercises. Rack pulls(deads are fine but not necessary, barbell rows(high and low, wide and narrow), chins/pullups. Focus on what your doing and make sure you start each rep with the working muscle. If im in a back specialization period ill work back ED. Ill take my working sets and divide them for each training session. It wont be ED but you know what i mean...ive never found ED training to be beneficial. Work hours etc and listening to body stimulus rules all. If i set out to do 21 sets total ill divy it up and begin each wo with preset exercises. And btw i focus on exercises or lifts not bodyparts. Set high priority on the exercises you want to get good at and the muscle will followI have no idea how to pose (I don’t compete and never will).
6’2 230lbs, body fat - too high. I’ve been trying to add some thickness to my back, I feel like I’ve got decent width.
