Gains just took a hit today. Had emergency surgery, had to take my appendix out. Been in the hospital. Trying to tell me I can’t lift for a month

I don’t think that’s the takeaway at all. Food, hard training, and intelligent AAS use are always gonna account for 95% of the equation. I find most guys aren’t lacking enough mgs, but the food and training need optimized and their choices of how to construct cycles could be improved. GH and slin aren’t magic, and they’re overhyped for growth IMO. GH and slin are tools. When those are “needed” or warranted is different for everyone. But don’t assume they’re necessary. I’m being cheeky brother! I haven’t even began to run a decent cycle or push the boundaries yet. I have lame genetics Ectomorph so I would never been touching GH or slin because competing in anything but physique is out of the cards for me unfortunately.I don’t think that’s the takeaway at all. Don’t discount yourself based on genetics man. Lots of people do that. I was 110lbs when I started this. If you create that excuse now you’re limited forever.I’m being cheeky brother!
