Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

This was all natural covid cut. Running about 35 miles a week and eating clean down to about 171 at the lowest carrying 175

Now on my first real cycle I dabbled with little shit in high school but had no clue what it was and it wasn't long ....just added 300/week of test, 50 mg var/day and 2 iu GH for my first serious cycle

As everyone says goal is lean mass gain but ideally would like to be 185-190 at this body fat

remember you cant cut and gain at the same.
your 1st cycle is often your best for solid mass gains dont try to stay as lean as you are. you have to up your caloric intake if you want to gain 15 lbs of mass,

What ester testosterone have you chosen?
 
I know you've probably heard this ad nauseam but have you considered upping the test to 500mg per week? I would strongly suggest it as you only get one first cycle.
Yes I have done a lot of reading and had to make the choice I was comfortable with at the end of the day. Decided I would start at 300 and go from there. I got horrible PIP first injection and was hurting for a week, next few shots have been better so its a possibility.

Those first few weeks are rough, been there my man. My first shot I injected between the muscle and the oil settled in my knee and took weeks for it to dissipate lol.It really made me question my choice to use anabolics. I've had every kind of bad injection you could imagine all cept for a abscess (knocks on wood).

I know you've settled on it but the window to up the dose to 500mg and actually reap the benefits is small. I made the decision in the middle of a cycle to up my test from 500 to 750 and I felt the difference in that kick in but by that time I was already into week 9 going on 10 which only left me 2 weeks to capitalize on the 250mg bump. My suggestion is if you hit week 6 or beyond just stay wherever you're at otherwise it's kind of a waste in my opinion and could just be more gear you have to start a second cycle down the road.

Good luck brother, hit the weight HARD and hit the food even harder, you'll look like a fucking monster.

Maybe even start a log, guys on Meso are so knowledgeable and supportive,
Could help you track side effects and keep your eye on the prize.

Thanks im on it, my right glute just doesn't want to cooperate, PIP bad again on shot 4, feels like I got hit with a bat. Might need a few weeks off over there.

Unfortunately some people dont tolerate test enanthate. I'm one of them, I always get some degree of pip from every shot but when I finally switched over to cypionate it was smooth sailing. Sometimes I even forgot which leg I pinned cause there is zero soreness.

Good to know maybe I'll order some to have if this persists. Until then I'm giving that glute a break.

I havent done any comparisons either but some people swear that they grow better on cypionate than they do on enanthate. I dont know if that's true or not but I've heard it a good many times from different people.

Interesting, I have some good genetics so I'll respond to anything. I ordered some cyp will try when I get it maybe it will be easier on me from a pip perspective. Gonna up the E next shot too targeting 500/week

Depends on the person.

If you're getting nasty PIP you might be over using sites too

Try to add a few more.

I find I'm gtg even with Tren A on Ed pinning with just Quads, Delts Glutes.
You'll get used to it, just some virgin muscles lol.

I got the very bad pip on my first and 3 injection in the right glute. Was less than a quarter as bad on the left.
