How do you know what it is a result of? I suggested the possibility that if his life philosophy were different perhaps his actions would have differed as well.
We all are born with a "hole" which nothing except a relationship with Jesus can fill. Carlin tried everything BUT Jesus to fill the hole.
The fact that you only come here to post in this thread makes me wonder what Jesus did so wrong that makes you so vehement and passionate in your arguing against him. Surely you have something else you could be doing besides making sure that no one else becomes a christian and drinks a few less beers...God forbid we have that.

I think every person has the right to believe what they want to but i see christian people that think that everything that has been proven by science is lies and that only the bible is true. they all say every sin is that same as another but then there the ones telling people that there going to hell for there believes or what they do when there doing the same thing in the eyes of there god. and what about the people that never got to see the bible or hear about gods word do they all go to hell?
and people tell me im going to hell because i dont believe but the bible tell them not to judge and they do it anyways and they call me the bad person? and if you think about it most of the wars throughout time was because of religion. i think that if your a good person good will come to you and if ur a bad person bad things will come to you. sorry if i pissed anyone off didnt mean to . just thought i would just in here

God isn't being mocked as much as Stretch's belief that HIS God is the only true God. No one disagreeing with Stretch is spewing any less venom equating Jesus to David Blane as he is telling people of any faith other than Christianity that they are wrong, and not only does their God not exist but they are going to burn for eternity for their belief in their God...that IS VENOMOUS!

jB, Im not sure if you are commenting on my post or someone elses. My post is sarcastic, but not toward stretch. Most of the Apostles did suffer more than Jesus before they were killed. My attempt to point to this was to show proof that the Apostles had seen the truth with their own eyes. They all had the opportunity to denounce Jesus and live. Look it up, these guys left it all in the cage.

Lots of anger----for sure. I dont know what experiences some have had to make them so angry. Others I believe have just grown up in these very anti Christian times. Simply put, it makes them feel like an intellect to be anti Christian.

My problem is with religion, I have read a lot about it and watch years of documentaries on Jesus and god.... Yes Jesus was a rea man they say he was born on a virgin birth, but there is no concert evidence that it happen except what some people say and I found out that a lot of it misleading and far from the truth, rape was very common in those days the only thing a women had good enough to give was her virginity.... Still to this day it is like this over there, that would be a reason why it was a so called virgin birth because if she told she was raped she would of been outcasted and possibly killed.... Check out topdocomentery films it's awsome you will learn a lot from it it truly has everything that has been documented... I'm not saying anybody beliefs are wrong cause they have used religion to get people to conform with the Norma of society for thousands of years..... I believe there is more to the story than what is told....
