Yes gh isn't something that you just do short bursts of... well you could if you are wanting it for growth...I use it for its other benefits of well-being, youthfulness, recovery and fat burning capabilities. it has been known as the "fountain of youth " lolReally GG? We can do that?
Take care of business first. Explain to her that you are busting your ass working 40 hrs a week and going to school so that you can have a better life together. Tell her it's all for her, and you need her to support at this time. Ask her to be patient now and you will make up for things latter. It was the fact that I'm too"distant and busy" that broke us up. I work 40 hours a week, go to school full time trying to get into medical/pa/pt school and try to have a relationship and a social life. I just want to be respectful and not look desperate. Pride thing I guess. But in all honesty I'm lost without her

OK QUESTION to you guys.... why are men soooooooo obsessed with the number on the scale? "I wanna be 250lbs stupid shredded lean"...yet you are 180lbs but look over 200 as (IMO) AAS help to create the illusion of looking bigger than the scale numbers... it should be about how you look not how much you weigh...no?

I use to want to be huge so that in contact sports people couldn't move me easily, then I cared about the scale for weigh ins for powerlifting. Numbers are just nice for us, it's a goal to shoot for and an easy measurement of how much man you are kinda thing, almost like a dick measuring contest but more important lol
I was never concerned about scale weight until I started here. Mostly went by the mirror or by how my strength was coming along. On here scale weight is just a concrete number to show " progress".
Further, not everyone on here is concerned with shredded looks. A lot of guys in the powerlifting world are looking for scale weight to keep going up to improve lifts.
This is my POV on the question anyhow.

I feel like this is about me since Im obsessed with hitting 250 .
Im a powerlifter also, but being a formerly extra skinny dude I want ad much mass as possible. And my minor OCD says it has to be a round number. I cant weigh 244, thats not round.
Also its just another goal to work towards. A long with lifting very heavy shit.
As far as looks, my mommy says im pretty and thats what matters

haha you're cute! no it's in general, I hear this on daily basis... and it drives me bonkers!
On forums, it's different as it gives you somewhat an idea of what people look like but I usually ask for measurements as I get a better picture of them that way... sometimes weight is deceiving...
Cuz the illusion only works in smoke n mirrors. Then theirs real life. And I'm just that much more of a mother fucker to deal with at 280 than I am at 200. I never was in to beauty contestsOK QUESTION to you guys.... why are men soooooooo obsessed with the number on the scale? Hey don't knock me now. I'm trying. Fresh 255 this mornin. Gonna try this for a while. But 200? Not me. I'd look like a starved cowhaha yes, I guess... but I find that when you are a very lean 200, you actually look as much more... but 280...dam that's a tank! lol

I think it's because we are all trying to gain weight, and that is generally fun and easy compared to losing weight. We don't "beat ourselves up" when we get stuck at 215.I use to want to be huge so that in contact sports people couldn't move me easily, then I cared about the scale for weigh ins for powerlifting. I agree. Scales don't matter much.OK QUESTION to you guys.... why are men soooooooo obsessed with the number on the scale? Because there is NO replacement for displacement . Just like an engine. You can make a small block Chevy 350ci all pretty and chrome. But then there's that monster 454 cubic inch motor that's bigger/faster. Then the 454 is not enough so you bore those cyclinders out or slap forced induction on top of that Rat motor. It never ends...power, strength, speed, mass. My good friend is obsessed also he weighs 275lb/6ft and thinks he's small. When he's "on" got up to 311 dirty bulk. I'm hanging around bad crowd lol.OK QUESTION to you guys.... why are men soooooooo obsessed with the number on the scale?
