Passing along my bloods from Alliance test cyp. Self TRT journey with a protocol of 150mg weekly pinning mon and thur. I’m a high converter so taking Adex .5 twice weekly as well. I felt really good the first two weeks of last month but then experienced fatigue and loss of libido. Going to increase my Adex to 1.5 weekly to lower my E2 slightly to see if it helps as I feel like i feel much better with an E2 of 15-20’s.

Currently still feeling more fatigue than usual with loss of libido and it’s becoming aggravating. I just increased dose to 175 a week this week to see if it helps.
