An over 40 forum section?

I’m interested to know if any of us older men still use tren, if so did you dial back the dosage? Or run it for shorter periods?
I add 15mg/week to my TRT when I'm going to train hard for a couple weeks at a time. Might sound crazy, but I can DEFINITELY see the difference in the mirror (muscles more full, vascular) after about a week. I'm 48.

Hey Millard is there any chance of us getting an old guys forum? There seems to be a lot of us on here who are fighting to stay young at heart. I think it would be cool to have a condensed data base sp we can easily find threads of our 40+ year old issues and concerns that only pertain to us getting longbij the tooth.

Just a thought. I have a lot of those and my wife tells me I shopping think muchbsince I just get myself in trouble, she may be right again idk lol
So is there a chance?

I think that is only a precontest thing for me now, but I still run it for that! I don't think there is a good substitute for the appearance it gives on stage, and you can run it straight through the contest without showing any water retention.

so how do the 40+ deal with tennis elbow / tendentious - while still trying to lift?
I simply avoid the things that aggravate it. In my 40s I still did what folks call Skull crushers, with 45s and 25s on each side. I loved it as the staple of my tricep work.

Now I cannot do that even with light weight due to pain in my elbow.

But I can do dumb bell tricep kickbacks and cable pushdowns and other things that hit my triceps, so I do those!

Bench press and incline press used to be two of my favorite exercises. At 49, I was incline pressing 315 for 8 reps.

Now I cannot do barbell pressing of any sort, but I found other ways to hit my pecs, and they look better than they did when I was 49.

There are lots of ways to work things that do not aggravate old man injuries.

Experiment.

Find what works. Discard what does not or keeps injuring you.

Do you guys do anything to control dht in your older age? I've been running 250 sust weekly for 3months, this the most test I've ran in quite a while and I'm getting hair loss and maybe a prostate issue. Wondering about finasteride or something like that. Going to get bloods later this week

I'm 43 and afaict have the same hairline i had at 23. No thinning at all. Don't have much body hair, can't grow a full beard though.

41 here. 160mg/week TRT.
Currently using ~400mg T Cyp. Planning on switching to T Prop 2 weeks before my bloodwork...if I can find some prop I can tolerate using ED.

Question: What impacts does NPP have on bloodwork?

TIA
