Anavar & Diet questions

So would you support test only for 10 weeks, 400mg a week and 1000cal under maintenance or should I throw var or winstrol in with it? And would it be possible to get to 10% in such a ten week cycle if I get to 15 or 14% before I start?
 
Ya I think a 10 week cycle test with anavar for the last 6 weeks will make you very happy and for sure you'd hit 10% if you maintain the diet at 1000 cals deficit 6 days a week and maintanence the other day for sanity reasons.

-Whey protein
-Tauine
-Milk thistle
-Fish oils

Diet:
-under maintenance by 1000 calories or greater 6 days a week and maintenance 1 day a week
-55%protein
-30%fat
-15%carbs

Training:
-cardio: monday-friday (5mile runs, 60:120 interval sprints, calisthenics tabata style)
-lifting:
-monday;chest and shoulders
-tuesday; back traps and legs
-wednesday; arms and abs
-thursday; chest and shoulders
-friday; back traps and legs
-saturday; arms and abs
-sunday; light jog at most

Goal:
-go from 16-17% bf to 11-12%
-make strength gains
-show some fucking abs

Final tweek is to use adex at .25mg eod with this cycle from the beginning as you can not feel high estro and at week 4 get bloods drawn to assess if you need to up it or lower it. Make sure you get pre cycle labs as well.

Roger if you have .5mg adex would you take it every two days? I was not aware you wouldn't feel high estro on that cycle. Good information
 
Like you have .5mg pills? Also eod means every other day. On a cycle like this unless you are E2 prone then I would stick with .25mg every other day until bloods confirm if needed to go higher.

Most estro effects you cannot "feel" and those are the ones that are doing the most damage. Gyno is a byproduct of high e2 but in no means the worst side from elevated e2 for prolonged periods.

Yes, I have .5mg capsules actually from a pharmacy for my trt. I just take them on Tuesday and Friday normally. Or, if I'm seeing some water retention I'll add a extra capsule in that week since I know water retention is also a side of estrogen.

I'd cut them in half personally but it's not the end of the world if you don't, go off of what your TRT doc says and your bloods. Yes water retention is also a side of high estro indeed

Also, I'm huge on self-education in the realms of rep/set schemes, cardio, training in general, but I hear that while on cycle you should edit your training plan because your muscles can adapt differently than when not on cycle.

While doing a lot I cardio, being 1000calories in deficit, and having a general goal of just losing body fat and looking better, what would be an example of a good split and set rep schemes?

*again, don't hit me with some "there are other threads for that" bullshit, I know a lot on the topic, just not when it comes to trying to lose body fat and being on cycle.
 
Op you're bf% should be at 10% before using var. That way you will see much better results from the var.

If I am at 1000calories under per week/ and building muscle mass, that would put me at at least 3lbs down a week without the juice, and if I increase the defector as I lose body fat, that'd put me from 212lb to 208 at the start of cycle, and 10 weeks at a hypothetical 3 lbs a week would put me at 30lbs down at the end, considering the test and var will boost metabolism that I need I get over plateau.

So if I'm 212 at 16% bf and lose 20 lbs, that'd be a 20 lb reduction of fat to my 33lbs I currently have. I know that I won't be analyzing the number on the scale because I'll be gaining muscle as well, but as @RodgerThat said, he's lost 22lbs on a test cycle so even though I'm not down to 10% before the cycle, I'll probably be pretty close towards the end when the var is up to 50mg/ed so I think the var will show some good results
 
1000 cal deficit is 2lb a week 1500cal deficit is 3lb but anyways yes anavar works best for people with low body fat but to say it doesn't do anything for above 10% is weird to say as it has many other qualities then just hardening effect. Work you plan you've layed out man but not until you've nailed down your training. Go over to the training section in this forum and read up on things using the search function then when you are ready and have developed some questions that haven't been answered ask away
