1000 cal deficit is 2lb a week 1500cal deficit is 3lb but anyways yes anavar works best for people with low body fat but to say it doesn't do anything for above 10% is weird to say as it has many other qualities then just hardening effect. Work you plan you've layed out man but not until you've nailed down your training.
