This should be the last post about current stuff. Should be just training updates until my cycle fully kicks off which may include some diet tweaks.

-controlled labs orange triad+greens (2x per day)
-nutricost TUDCA (250 2x per day)
-mutant isosurge and micellar casein (2 scoops of each for separate shakes each day)
-whatever my newest PWO love is (always low to moderate stim)
-RPG from RedCon for high carb and cheat meals (2-4 pills depending on the meal)
-Kombucha (2x daily for digestion)
