Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

This should be the last post about current stuff. Should be just training updates until my cycle fully kicks off which may include some diet tweaks.

Supplements:
-controlled labs orange triad+greens (2x per day)
-nutricost TUDCA (250 2x per day)
-mutant isosurge and micellar casein (2 scoops of each for separate shakes each day)
-whatever my newest PWO love is (always low to moderate stim)
-RPG from RedCon for high carb and cheat meals (2-4 pills depending on the meal)
-Kombucha (2x daily for digestion)
 
Nice man this will be cool to follow. I'm about to start bulking at the end of the month as well once I hire a coach. Good luck bro!
 
I went with shawn Smith for my last show and I thought we did really well but want to try someone new just for comparison.
Don’t underestimate the power of a coach learning your body through multiple preps but atleast you’re planning an offseason with said new coach first.
 
Here we go. Going to keep each post to one specific topic (daily training, diet change, gear, etc) so this is easier to read, search, and quote. So here’s today’s training.

Underhand pulldowns 3x12 @ 150/180/210lbs

Flite AKA best row machine ever (photo attached) single hand rows a 4x12/12/12/8 @ 1/2/2.5/3 plates per side

Wide grip pulldowns 3x15 @ 165lbs

Rack pulls by plate (5 sets) to 495lbs of 10/10/10/10/3

Also incorporated my newly acquired titan grips (pictured) which I’ll be using to alter grip angles (both for muscle targeting and saving my wrists as applicable).

Included a snap from today. Won’t whore this up with selfies but will add them occasionally to show progress as my weight (hopefully) climbs.

That is a fuck ton of back training.
 
Was just getting to that but had to feed my son. This part may surprise people.

I am on week 12 of coasting at 250mg of Test E per week w/ aromasin as needed 12.5mg or so per week.

I am on week 6 of 3iu/day of gH (with none of off days which is anywhere from every 4th to every 8th day).

This is my first time using gH. I coasted so long because I was hiring a coach and didn’t want to be tied up with my hormonal situation, so coasting seemed appropriate. I am firing up my offseason bulk cycle in the next week or two and will post details as well. Most likely sust/deca/dbol but undecided dosing.

What're the doses going to be on test deca and dbol?

Undecided. I think I may run the sust higher than test I have in the past. Haven’t used deca for a very long time.

Thinking something like:
Sust @ 750/week for 16
Deca @ 400-500/ week for 16 (I may pair deca with NPP for the same total dose per week) and may taper up if I feel the need/ability to tolerate it
Dbol @ 25 for 4 weeks and 37.5 for 2 more weeks (as tolerated)

This all depends on how nice the gear is I end up with. We’ll see.

I like that cycle man those are very moderate doses. I salute you for taking it slow and being health conscious as you're doing bloods and running safer doses. You didn't mention slin so I'll just assume 3IU HGH only. Seems like your doses are more of a classic physique competitor than a open or 212 guy. Overall I'm impressed with how far you've come and how well you're doing at your age and I'm hoping you'll make it into the pros and see your dream become a reality.

Much appreciated man. I think people elevate doses way too fast. I’m of the mindset, at this point, to do what’s necessary, but I’ve done this on less than above. So why ramp faster.

I say do what’s necesssry if your goals are monumental. I doubt he’s as small as i am. Let’s face it. I’m 200lbs of receptors. Someone who’s 6’ 280. Duno. That amount of REAL gear would sterilize your average horse. Granted, we don’t get real pharma grade ever.

I guess the doses don’t bother me near as much as the duration. That’s a lot of gear year round. But let’s be real. If you train and eat, that cycle will pack shit on to your genetic potential. The question is, is it worth it and does it matter.

Don’t think many of us are in a position to judge. What’s smart, healthy, etc is relative. If it works for him, perfect. Very few people share the same situation.
