Agreed. Who the hell am I to decide what something is worth to someone. Assuming i even know what the cost their paying is. My cost and your cost aren’t the same. My 250g of test is your 250g of test.

Everybody here come from someone else’s school of gear.

If what you’re doing satisfies you who am i to care; doesn’t matter if you’re natty and think creatine makes you Phil Heath or drugged to the gills and think you’re anorexic.
 
I like that cycle man those are very moderate doses. I salute you for taking it slow and being health conscious as you're doing bloods and running safer doses. You didn't mention slin so I'll just assume 3IU HGH only. Seems like your doses are more of a classic physique competitor than a open or 212 guy. Overall I'm impressed with how far you've come and how well you're doing at your age and I'm hoping you'll make it into the pros and see your dream become a reality.
No insulin yet. I firmly believe it is the last piece of gear anybody should touch. I’ve barely started gH. In my opinion, you shouldn’t need insulin use at my weight to make top 3 at nationals. Maybe I’ll change my tune if I don’t go top 3 at nationals lol.

I don't think you'll need slin to make top 3 at nationals either. But also remember at your height 5'7 being 200 or so is alot more mass than you're giving credit for.

@Mac11wildcat whats the big difference between that row machine you like and regular hammer strength machine? I use the hammer one all the time. As for a tricep tip, have u ever tried skull crushers to a dead stop laying on the floor? Killer. Thx for steering me towards your thread. It's really good thus far.
 
@Mac11wildcat let me know what u think of those titan grips. I'm a gear buff so i like shit like that. I have fat gripz but I'm thinking these are not so much for grip strength but rather to change the angle of the movement?

I think it’s the geometry of the arc it pulls in. It starts out directly infront if your shoulder at the bottom of the movement. Depending on your grip angle and height it can be used for lat, overall, or upper focus.

HS has a much longer arm it pivots on which makes the travel longer but the arc less degrees of the circle it’s pivoting. This flite machine moves through probably 100 degrees of arc total (just a bit more than 1/4 of a complete circle if you’re really contracting hard).

I have to spend some serious time finding their uses. Definitely different than fat grips for sure.

I’m also considering one of the Rot8 handles from Prime Fitness for back movements. I love the slightly less pronated/supinated bladed grips for rows and pulldowns.
 
I have the MAG close grip pronated pulldown attachment. Works well and feels good on the hands and wrists. Got it from elitefts. Worth a look. They have other options for the handle width/grip as well. My gym had 2 but people stole em so i just bought my own lol

I got the full line of them because of how well they work!
 
Mag grip is the other option i was looking at. Like both. My gym is powerlifter heavy and they have all sorts of unique gear so I’m fine leaving my pieces for the crowd. They have my deadlift jack there now. Perks of a nice hole in the wall gym with few serious members.
 
Undecided. I think I may run the sust higher than test I have in the past. Haven’t used deca for a very long time.

Thinking something like:
Sust @ 750/week for 16
Deca @ 400-500/ week for 16 (I may pair deca with NPP for the same total dose per week) and may taper up if I feel the need/ability to tolerate it
Dbol @ 25 for 4 weeks and 37.5 for 2 more weeks (as tolerated)

This all depends on how nice the gear is I end up with. We’ll see.
What made sust your preference of test over enanthate or cypionate if you don’t mind me asking ?
 
Haven’t used it before, basically. I’ve always used enanthate. Mixing shit up.
Was just curious. I ran a test325 Blend last year and loved it honestly. But opted for cypionate this current blast for reasons as you just stayed to change things up. I’ve always been a fan of growing gradually over s period of time and I feel the gains acquired over a period of time with it seems to stay around better than shorter esters. Also bloat of course is minimal as well. But it was minimal with the sust Blend too.

I couldn’t agree more with your approach on doses though. I don’t think I’ve ever went over 600mg of test in a cycle thus far and I’ve grown just fine with proper nutrition and training. The only compound I’ve ever ran high was equipoise this blast and again that’s just experimenting with the knowledge I’ve found on the compound seems to yield the best results at a higher dosage.

Also your dbol dose at 25mg/day is half of what you’d normally see from someone a fraction of your size. The proof is in the pudding as they’d say.

I've noticed several of your post gauging the doses of gear that different classes of bodybuilders take. Im curious ascto what evidence you have. I AM in the 212 class @ 5'7". Been grinding for a long time. I've never been this big at this little of bf% at such low doses... And im only on low to moderate dose test and GH. Ever heard of the 10,000 hour rule? Look it up. Thats what this discipline takes. Gear aint even a quarter of the equation. So I was curious as to new research or proof as to how much gear it takes to be in a certian class.
