Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Cliff notes:
~18lbs of chicken a week
~6lbs of steak a week
~10lb bag of rice a week
-2 4lb bags of potatoes a week
-4 dozen eggs and 4-6 cartons of egg whites a week
-greens (usually brussel sprouts) sparingly
-2 boxes of quick oats/cream of rice per week
-granola is new so maybe 3 of those a week
-1 apple and banana a day
-sauces for dayyyysssss

Takeaway: $200+ a week when you add cheat meals. Then factor supps in.
Bro.... We're going grocery shopping together. Lol
Wherever you're going is raping you. Unless you're spending a lot on cheat meals, that's maybe $100 around here

There’s some extras in the bill (wife’s gotta eat too) but probably makes up for what’s missing that I already had.

I’m also choosing cage free eggs, angus beef, etc.

The Kombucha is like $10 on its own I think.

I could find cheaper food, sure. But that’s not a priority of mine.

Hey how do you feel that kombucha works? How much and when do you take it? I'm assuming it's for digestion

Yes sir. I take it once AM and once PM which ends up being post workout. Just 4oz per and I take it with my multi/greens supp. Doesn’t taste great. Anything I can offer as to how effective is not guna be scientific lol; I feel good and i shit in regular intervals with easy and consistent bowel movements. Post meal bloating subsides very quickly; i think some of it is inevitable given the volume of food.

Yeah the decrease in bloating would be great, I start off the day looking about one to two months pregnant and end up looking like I'm in my third trimester before sleep LOL

Regarding food prices @Evom1
-chicken breast - $3ish per lb at 18 lbs a week = $54
-angus beef - $8/lb at 6 lbs a week = $48
-free range eggs - $3 per carton at 4 cartons per week = $12
-egg whites - $2.50 per at 4 per week = $10
-rice - $8 per 10lb bag at 1 bag per week = $8
-potatoes - $5 per 4lb bag at 2 bags per week = $10
-Kombucha - $9 per bottle per week = $9
That’s $151 before adding in my breakfast carbs (whole wheat bread, granola, oats, or cream of rice), greens, and cheats. Probably spending $30 a week on cheats (2 total). Then add sauces (a couple a week at $3 each).

Adds up quick.

Decided to do a day of eating in photos for you guys. Expect that tonight around 10pm.

Guna do a “lifestyle” post so any of you can see how I operate to show you how my day/week goes and as a means of what competitors and non competitors could incorporate or what looks totally dumb and you think I’m an idiot for doing.

Daily/weekly schedule and life:
Work - M-F 6-3 with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule)
Weekends - usually spent with family, doing yard/home improvement work, at the shooting range

Monday - Friday
-up at 4:30ish with water and my kombucha/greens drink
-5:15 first meal
-at work around 6:00
-coffffffeeeeee
-meals at 8am/11am/2pm
-gym between 3 and 4 for 60-90mins w/ HBCD and EAAs intra
-post shake immediately
-food shopping after training if it’s a shopping day (usually 3x per week)
-home to play with my boy and let my wife go train
-meal at 6ish (eating with a child is never scheduled and extremely variable)
-baby asleep by 8pm
-8-9:30pm cooking if it’s a cooking day (usually 3x per week) and a meal somewhere in here and some downtime with what’s left over
-casein shake immediately before getting in to bed around 10
-repeat

Weekends:
-extremely variable, the only thing that doesn’t change is the food and training if it’s not a rest day. Weekends are my weakness; if I stumble it’s here, not during busy working days. Typically up from 7am-11pm.

Current training (I’m off schedule currently, fixing with next rest day):
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Delts/Arms
Day 5: rest
Repeat*
-little to no cardio currently
-abs and calves 2x per week
-I do follow a split but I also have been training long enough to know when to move things. If I don’t feel ready for say, shoulders, given my chest day, I’ll repeat another day if another muscle group is good to go. I more often remove rest days than add them, but it’s mostly by feel. I’ll change my split periodically to a 6 day that could be either everything 2x a week or the bro split-ish style.

I would say, for the most part, do not doubt the dedication of professionals. Any organization. If they’re slacking it’s individual percentage points, not 20-30% deficient in training and diet. We’re splitting hairs when you’re talking pro ranks.

When you’re talking physique to open, consider that physique guys have to maintain itty bitty waists and the overall look isn’t conducive to massive eating. Granted, genetics there too, but I don’t think physique leaves room for 6-7k cals a day. Lesser degree in classic. But it’s a scale.
Good point. Look at Arnold and the boys from way back. Very moderate doses of AAS and usually during competition season. They kept thin waists with a lean mass. And hgh and slin werent a common practice among them. Funny thing, no one stepped on stage with a bulging belly.

I still do. Accept I use leaner beef from my butcher. I I Kill a 60 count of eggs every other day. I grow best on eggs, fuck tons of them.
That’s a lot of dead chicks bruh. If I wasn’t slowly starting to hate eggs I’d probably eat a lot more of them.

Which I love. I think my photos and posts would show I’m not in the mass at all costs camp. If your waist isn’t tight it detracts from your physique. But the IFBB hasn’t cared for years. Maybe that changes with Rhoden as Mr. O.

Found the article. It isn’t what I’d call hard science but it makes references to legitimate studies with more or less logical jumps to the conclusions provided.

Wanted to quote this to bump it since it took a while for admin approval - article discussing test esters. Not a super long read.

For this upcoming blast, ALL the gear is new or only used years ago. Sust is new, deca I haven’t used in ages, dbol is new, npp is new. AI remains the same unless I get sides.
