Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Leg Day
1. SUPERSET
A. Leg Extension - 4x15 @ 75/100/125/150

B. Prone Hammie Curl (kinked bench) - 4x15 @ 37.5/50/62.5/75

2. Leg Press - CLUSTER SETS - worked up each set by 2 plates per side to a max effort cluster set of 15 reps split into 3 mini sets of 5 with 15s break between @ 2/4/6/8/10/12 plates per side

3. Prone Leg Curl (old school chain driven flat bench) - 3x12/10/8 @ 100/120/140

4. Barbell squat (semi-wide stance) - 3x12 @ 315lbs

5. Barbell SLDL - 3x15/15/8 @ 135/225/315lbs (I’m nearing the end of recovery from an SI joint injury and 315 started pushing too far, so ended the set)

6. HS Plate Loaded Seated Hammie Curl - 3x12/10/8 @ 1/2/3 plates

7. HS Hack Squat (the mini one) - outter sweep focused strictly pump movement, added a plate each side per set until i decided not to (4 sets unknown reps)
 
Beef for breakfast?

I have to leave for work at 5 and workout in evenings so I eat steak, avocado, and a veggie for breakfast and make my eggs and oatmeal as the 2nd meal after my workout and the last of the evening. Breakfast is my favorite so it ends the days nice and you can make oatmeal taste like dessert with flavored stevia, fruit, protein powder, nut butter, nuts, cinnamon. So many options.
 
Here’s dat dere full day of food. The last meal before the egg meal is missing as we had a dinner out for my wife’s grandmother’s bday. Normally it would be another 7-8oz of chicken (or turkey), 75g carbs, and some greens. Tonight it was Chicken Marsala. I also didn’t snap my intra for you, but 25g-50g of hbcd and 10g EAAs.

Before anyone asks, no, zero affiliation to a supplement brand. Their proteins are just great.

You’re telling me. I shook it the first time and couldn’t get a drink of it for like 10 mins.

WARNING: It is slightly alcoholic. I see you driving a rig there if I’m not mistaken. Just recognize that.

Dude that is so crazy that you just mentioned that. I drank probably about 4 or 5 oz and then started to wonder why I have a little bit of a Head Rush. Then I looked at the bottle and it says 0.5% alcohol. I said what the f***! Then did a little more research and you can get a mild high off this stuff. Which for me as a former alcoholic with 10 years sober is a no no. No more kombucha for this guy! Poured the rest right out the window. Guess I should read labels huh LOL

I was just about to try this stuff to. I’m glad you made this post. I myself being in recovery could have not ended so well haha. Thanks both of you guys for making that clear @Mac11wildcat
 
Get some sauerkraut in a glass jar in the refrigerated section and eat that cold. It helped me so much. If it’s canned or heated past 110 degrees, it kills the beneficial bacteria. But if i eat it still actively fermented, i notice a huge difference in digestion.
