Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Lol this was just sickness man. I don’t use any of the exotic fat burners (like DNP). I have no issue getting lean. It’s the growing I have trouble with.
Are you guys familiar with PGCL??? He mentioned that he was trying to work around having to deal with diarrhea, and he is prepping for a contest, so the first thing that came to Mind was PGCL, and maybe he was using it. PGCL is Site specific fat destroying compound. Unlike dnp, PGCL is an injectable compound, and works through a different avenue. It is not a uncoupler, and like I said can be used to rid the areas of the body which tend to hold onto that stubborn adipose tissue. Used mainly during the final stages of contest prep Work.
When I think of bodybuilding and some of the compounds that we use to achieve the results that we are in search for, and some of them can be extremely dangerous if not used correctly. Three compounds come to mind, Insulin, diNITR0 and PGCL. Even though I do t know anyone of you on a personal level, I choose to not blow smoke ul your ass and lie to you so ... if you if you would like more info on the compound please google it, I do t want to give anyone bad info. Chest/Delts/Tris
1. HS “Wide” Bench Press - as many sets as needed to warm up to heaviest (maxed the plate holders) set - 12 reps into a quadruple drop by a plate each time
2. Standing Cable Flyes (high to low) - 4x10-15
3. Slight Incline Smith Bench Press - 4x12–15
4. Pec Dec - 4 sets of 12 30s rest between
5. DB Lateral Raises - 5x8-12
6. Single Arm Cable Tricep Extensions - 4x8-15 each arm
7. Tricep Rope Extensions 3x15

Cardio - 30m of stairs

Oh man real curious to see how you respond bro! So you'll be incorporating slin leading into the show as well or is it just to grow before you hit prep time (I apologize you gave a timeline earlier for sure in your thread and now im too lazy to run back see your plan, its was something like you were gunna hit a national show later in year tho i think...)
You dont obv have to give exact details, but will u say the type your taking (fast acting, like a humalog, or slow acting like a lantis, or a mixture of both?) we can prolly guess the game plan with you incorporating either of those off season.

Id be more curious if you were going to employ it pre contest and the MOST curious for if you were, as you had mentioned, going to use to to fill out for a show (although I doubt, and absoultely wouldnt expect) you to give out peak week details or anything like that. (dont want to give away the secret formula... even though technically the formula isnt a formula per se, its constantly changing and adjusting every day to suit your specific body, so really, you telling me what you did, i would never just go out and do, because i'm not you, my body is completely different!)
(sorry long post btw) but i guess question is u running fast or slow acting slin for now?
Novalog preworkout and for cheats, and I don’t know how long it’ll stay. Currently ~12 weeks or so out. Can’t imagine it wouldn’t be used during my carb op for the stage at a minimum, but I bet it stays throughout. Just following my coaches lead.

Based on your photo, growing doesn’t seem to be an issue homeboy, what are you there in the photo 220lbs???? Looking good

Ah I am dumb and missed that part my bad. Which show? How tall are you by the way? I’m 2.5 weeks out 5’6” and 180 lbs this morning. I feel so small. I really want to take 2 years off from competing and just focus on building.

Show is undecided. String of them in June that are options.

5’6, currently ~210 during the day, 206ish first thing AM.

Everyone feels small during prep lol. Keep grinding. Sounds like you’ll be a MW without having to die to make weight. At 5’6, MW is definitely a viable option for making a run at nationals.

I really need to put on more size. Not set on getting a pro card or anything I just love bodybuilding and getting better. Contest prep diet is very hard on your social life and relationships. It’s the only downfall, it can get depressing at times.
 
If you go back I’ve posted my offseason diets.

I won’t be posting explicit prep diets because I pay a coach who puts time into making them and I believe it’s his property to be used only by me.

Offseason looked like:

1. 3-4 eggs, 8oz whites, two pieces of toast
2. 8oz chicken 2 cups rice
3. ^

Pre: Shake and a muffin
Intra: 32oz Gatorade
Post: 1 serving MRE
7. 8oz steak 2 cups rice
Before bed. 1 serving MRE

2. Bent BB Rows (near parallel to ground) - 3x8-12
3. Wide Grip Pulldowns - 4x12–15
4. Flite Row (1 Arm) - 3x6-10
5. Pull-ups - 3xfailure
6. Machine Preacher Curls (1 Arm) - 4x12–15
7. Alt DB Curls - 4x7-12

1. Single Leg Stanging Leg Curls - 4x8-15 ascending to one heavy set with 15 bottom half partials at the end
2. Heel Raised Back Squats - 4x12-15
3. Pivot Squat (facing in to machine) - 5x8-12
4. Lying Leg Curl - 3x10-12
5. Single Leg Extensions - 1 set of back and forth between each leg twice to failure
