If you take out/omit all of the editing, there is nothing that works one way or another. It is a very heavily edited video containing mostly nonsense commentary of absolutely no bearing on the case. The video would need to be taken together with other evidence to mean anything.
They also play the victim when it suits them!
I agree that the remaining evidence is needed to draw any meaningful conclusions, but disagree with your assertion that the video was heavily edited. The only edits I noted were the addition of commentary. What edits lead to your calling it "heavily edited"?
i think her demeanor tells the entire story. This isnt a person who just got the shit beat out of them. I dont think crisler is psychotic and simply released all of this information out to the public if he didnt know he was in the right.

I do remember talking a little girl into taking off her panties when I was 7 years old and I didn't have to hit her for her to do it. LOL I did get in trouble though. My brother who was 13 at the time, overheard me deal'n and ran in and told Mom. I read a lot of comic books the next couple of days... anyway, I just wanted to see what it looked like, what's the big deal?
I have never hit a woman or a girl and I'm not to sure why because some I have run across are just nasty, cheating, manipulative bitches. I could express this in a more...anecdotal way, I have had first hand experience with a job loss, I know guys that have lost jobs, (the lying bitches). I was just involved with a female devil over some real estate, (the manipulative bitch) and another time I got reamed for $1085.00 over a paint job in small claims court by a 'C_ _ T' that just happened to work for the judge we were in front of. I didn't learn this until a few years later from her brother.
When I had my own body shop, I could have had all the 'ass' I wanted if I just wanted to fix those little fender benders for free. I remember this 'fox' with a little Porsche...her license plate said "SNO CAT"...uh, huh. I'm looking at some rust spots on the left front fender, real low, and she stoops down in front of me to look at it too. She had a little white skirt on (mini), tan, tan legs, and she did not budge showing me her pink panties. She was looking for a heavy discount and when I couldn't deliver I never saw her again (I cannot get that image out of my mind and that was 40 years ago), but I wasn't about to lose my 'ass' on another paint job.
Anyway, what I'm say'n is, you don't have to get in to 'fist-a-cuffs' with them to get your ass kicked. And yeah, I don't believe in beat'n on them, but If ones coming at me with flames and smoke about her head, I'll shoot her just like I would anybody else... I might want to dial this back a little... shoot her with a paintball gun.
There are some manipulative 'C' s out there, and I've run into a few I wanted to smack and never did..................................ah...there.....I feel better!

Crisler was the defendant. Does anyone know if he chose to testify? Or, did he choose NOT to testify? If he chose not to testify, it would be of interest to know why he decided not to present his side of the story.

You posed the question when the story broke as to why he had a public defender.
I echoed that question and add not why but how did he get one. There are specific criteria to meet to get "free" legal aid. I can't fathom how a physician could qualify.
Also you asked did he testify....I echo that question.
And if he didn't testify why not.

These factors are a guide for determining indigency and are the minimum amount of information necessary to make an informed decision on the question of indigency. Every court shall require a defendant claiming indigency to submit a sworn statement setting forth his or her financial condition. The following factors shall be considered:
1. the defendant’s present assets, employment, earning capacity, and living expenses,
2. the defendant’s outstanding debts and liabilities, secured and unsecured,

5. whether the defendant is incarcerated, and

Let me get this straight: A woman who claims she was attacked calls the police and from that moment forward, the police, judge and his own public-appointed defense attorney collaborated and conspired to falsify evidence and jeapordize their career, reputation and run the risk of seeing jail time to wage "War on Men" via Dr. John Crisler?
Where have I seen this before? Oh, yeah - EVERY PERSON ACCUSED OF SUCH CRIMES. That's right. O.J. Simpson never laid a hand on his wife. Drew Peterson didn't kill is 2nd, 3rd and 4th wife. Casey Anthony didn't kill little Caylee and Dr. John 'Cry'sler never touched this woman.
My two cents: When I was little, I fell down a flight of stairs. It was the morning before school and even though I felt fine, I lied to my mother saying I didn't feel good. She agreed and let me stay home from school. "Yippee! I thought," as I climbed into bed for a nap but when I awoke, I was in excruciating pain. I later found out I had a hairline fracture in my collar bone. Point I'm trying to make is that any real medical professional knows once an accident occurs or something intense as this fight, adrenaline is secreted throughout your body which is a natural pain-killer. (Not to mention the reports of alcohol consumption which helps numb pain too). That's why you hear stories of people right after car accidents say they feel perfectly fine but later during the day as the adrenaline wears off, they feel the aches and pains from the collision. That is also why some soldiers in combat don't realize they were actually shot in some part of their body too. The whole notion that she didn't seem to appear in pain in the dashboard camera holds no grounds for the outrageous accusation that the whole legal system conspired to throw "Cry"sler in jail.
The second inaccurate claim I saw in the video is this notion that bruises takes days to appear. Complete malarkey. Here is an example of immediate bruising in the pilot's eye. Keep in mind, I am not trying to compare the two traumas; I am merely dispelling the myth that bruises takes days to appear. He said there was no bruising in the pictures but does anyone else see a blueish hue on her right temporal/frontal forehead area too?

Wasn't Crisler involved somehow in some deaths from a sweat lodge? I remember that making national news.
What were the details?? did he prescribe something he shouldn't have or something?? Was there ever a law suit involving that? If there was perhaps that is why he went the public defender in this case????

He wasnt involved directly in the incident. James Arthur Ray who was running the sweat lodge was getting his TRT from Crisler. There was no direct correlation.
