Dr. John Crisler Arrest - 'The War on Men'

Let me get this straight: A woman who claims she was attacked calls the police and from that moment forward, the police, judge and his own public-appointed defense attorney collaborated and conspired to falsify evidence and jeapordize their career, reputation and run the risk of seeing jail time to wage "War on Men" via Dr. John Crisler?

LOL

Yeah that's the part I don't understand

Why would the police, defense attorney etc conspire against him?

Perhaps he is implying that because she was a woman they automatically took her word at face value and he was guilty in their minds right from the start. If that is the case tho, you'd think he would hire a proper attorney to fight the charges. I know if some psycho ex-gf accused me of something I didn't do I would hire the best damn lawyer I could afford and then COUNTER SUE her for deflammation of character and make her pay the court fees etc after I proved she was a nut.

Where have I seen this before? Oh, yeah - EVERY PERSON ACCUSED OF SUCH CRIMES. That's right. O.J. Simpson never laid a hand on his wife. Drew Peterson didn't kill is 2nd, 3rd and 4th wife. Casey Anthony didn't kill little Caylee and Dr. John 'Cry'sler never touched this woman.

My two cents: When I was little, I fell down a flight of stairs. It was the morning before school and even though I felt fine, I lied to my mother saying I didn't feel good. She agreed and let me stay home from school. "Yippee! I thought," as I climbed into bed for a nap but when I awoke, I was in excruciating pain. I later found out I had a hairline fracture in my collar bone. Point I'm trying to make is that any real medical professional knows once an accident occurs or something intense as this fight, adrenaline is secreted throughout your body which is a natural pain-killer. (Not to mention the reports of alcohol consumption which helps numb pain too). That's why you hear stories of people right after car accidents say they feel perfectly fine but later during the day as the adrenaline wears off, they feel the aches and pains from the collision. That is also why some soldiers in combat don't realize they were actually shot in some part of their body too. The whole notion that she didn't seem to appear in pain in the dashboard camera holds no grounds for the outrageous accusation that the whole legal system conspired to throw "Cry"sler in jail.
The second inaccurate claim I saw in the video is this notion that bruises takes days to appear. Complete malarkey. Here is an example of immediate bruising in the pilot's eye. Keep in mind, I am not trying to compare the two traumas; I am merely dispelling the myth that bruises takes days to appear. He said there was no bruising in the pictures but does anyone else see a blueish hue on her right temporal/frontal forehead area too?

I guess all that adrenaline and alcohol kept those fractures from show'n up in the ER that night!

What is a "DO" btw? Crisler is not even an endocrinologist?

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
.
.
A doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) is a physician with training that differs slightly from that of a physician with an M.D. The DO is equally educated with four years of undergraduate training, four years of medical schools, and additional years if the DO chooses to specialize. However, the DO has a slightly different approach to treating the patient than the MD.

The DO is trained to evaluate the person in a holistic way. The goal of the DO is not simply to treat problems as they arise, but as well to prevent problems by evaluating the total health and health risks of the person. This evaluation may include not only looking at quantifiable risk factors for disease but also evaluation of the person in terms of their home life, their stress level and their work life. As well, disease is evaluated in terms of how it affects the entire body, not simply a few parts of the body.

Additionally, the DO is trained specifically in understanding the muscular and skeletal system and how this may relate to disease or pain management. Sometimes a DO will practice manipulation of the spine, similar to the work done by chiropractors, in addition to other more traditional medical treatments.

Actually this kind of shit happens all the time where everyone suddenly gets tunnel vision. It's not outlandish

From the video editing, was there a rib fracture? [It should be noted that often rib fractures do not show up on plain film x-rays. They require MRI. Also, it is very common not to have any skin sign (erythema/bruising) overlying the rib fracture. There is typically tenderness, the severity varies.] But, was there a RIB FRACTURE? If there was a fracture, how was it determined?

You cant just opt for a public defender. Something doesnt add up ( no pun ).

I thought I read a few years ago that Crisler had some sort of law degree. There was an old newspaper story about him and how great he was, about how his wife had pasted away, him being in the military, etc.

Did Crisler have a bench or jury trial?

http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/showthread.php?21026-Dr.-John-Crisler-Has-Been-Wrongfully-Convicted-of-Domestic-Assault!/page10&

I don't know. It has been suggested I made the Court mad right off the bat when I demanded a jury trial.

Dr J,

Don't you think , the judge is harsh on you because you are a medical officer ?.

A bigger question may be how a man with a CCW, Secret Security Clearance, no legal history whatsoever, been featured in the most famous magazine in the world for his integrity, rescues dogs, donates medical care, a graduate of the Ingham County Sheriff's Citizen Police Academy YADA YADA YADA could be so treated like scum of the earth.

...and all in service of a woman everyone knows has mental problems (her nickname in her own community is "Crazy DebbY"--she has been under the care of a shrink at least the 12 years before I met her) and is a drunk.

Here's the story. It says he planed on persuing law. This was from 2001. http://www.com.msu.edu/communique/2001_spring/crisler.htm

I don't have anything to say about him one way or the other.

In all honesty, there is a huge bias against men in these cases. Some interesting stats show that women are for more often the aggressors and should be charged, but are not.
In all seriousness, I'll bet Crisler thought he was smarter than his own attorney and knew the law better etc and tried to drive his own defense and mucked it all up. I’m sure his arrogant personality endeared him to the judge and/or jury. Since he is so awesome, it MUST have been a conspiracy.
However, Dr. Genius here apparently is a wife beater. Nice. Hey, what about "manning up" this is how it's done? Beating on your wife? Maybe he could use some testosterone to make him a real man because wife-beating ain't doing it.
Douche.

Hmmmmmm.....

Ms. DeJonge sues Marriot for spraying for bugs in her room. She and her girl friend are looking for $50,000 in damages. Appeals go on for over 5 years.

It is interesting what a Psychiatrist witness thought of DeJonge's pesticide reaction.

Finally, the record contains a report by Elissa P. Benedek, MD, a clinical psychiatrist who holds faculty appointments at three universities. ? Dr. Benedek attempts to dismiss Plaintiffs' symptoms as merely psychosomatic, concluding that both DeJonge and Gass have “demonstrated a tendency to react to stress in the past with physical symptoms, and now continue[?] to react to psychological stressors with physical symptoms and complaints.” ?(J.A. 225, 242) According to Dr. Benedek, Gass and DeJonge's symptoms resulted from nothing more than a psychological reaction to stress.

The Public Record along with dissenting appellant opinions are here.

+1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I don't claim to know exactly what happened but the "Lord of the Forum" obviously fucked up. So I have heard the "DO" was a infamous steroid abuser and was banned from every forum on the WWW.

There are a lot of people that know this cocky women beating asshole!!! I bet he wouldn't last 2 rounds with a real man!!

His disciples deserve to know the truth about this guy. This dude has some very serious mental issues!!

All that said. This guy's white paper on TRT - a RECIPE FOR SUCCESS was a watershed for those of us that are hypogonadic. For that I thank him!!!!.

The rest of the shit (e.g sweat lodges and women beating) is his problem(s) and it seems like problems follow his ass around!!

Ms. DeJonge said:

“Golf Cosamine was born after I used it after a bad break,” DeJonge explained. “I was told I would need surgery. Now, I’m not a doctor, I just have a (doctorate) through osmosis. But basically I took 6-8 (glucogen) pills a day. It rebuilds the elastin and collagen in your body, and you could even see the healing happening on the x-rays.”
If it can do that for a break, think of what glucosamine could do for the everyday wear and tear golfers experience, DeJonge mused.

“Golfers put a lot of strain on their bodies,” she said. “Think about the mechanics of the golf swing — the head, the back, the wrists … I knew what this could do for golfers. It’s all natural, but has the properties of pain relievers. Ibuprofen and things like that sometimes cause problems, but glucosamine, being all natural, doesn’t. I just re-labeled it for an industry that really needs it.”

What bullshit

I know there are some men on here who have a knee-jerk reaction to women beaters and I do too. But this Ms DeJonge lady seems like a manipulative bitch.

So the question is, how much of this did she fabricate?

If there was a physical altercation how much is truth and how much is fiction?

While I believe Crisler to be a Grade-A douchebag, that doesn't necessarily make him a woman beater. If he did drag this woman down a set of stairs with his thumbs in her mouth then shit, he got what he deserved and probably got off light.

But perhaps this trial was biased and as another poster said, Crisler's arrogance would not be endearing to any judge or jury especially in a case like this.

So while I think Crisler is definetly an arrogant douchebag it's alarming how many men in this thread automatically ASSUME this woman is telling the truth.

I personally think she's at least 50% full of shit.

thats weird, i assumed just the opposite was true. Mostly due to past experiences. Neither assumptions are correct

Yeah i am pretty sure this falls somewhere in the "grey area"

Crisler probably did not beat the shit out of her like she claims. But he also did get into a physical altercation of some sort.

In these grey area "he said she said" cases the woman often wins.

Tyler's post is spot-on. This gal sounds a bit nutty. Sounds like they both deserve some jail time for a DV charge.

However, in reference to the US COA case, note the case was overturned in favor of the DeJogne. Don't believe everything an expert witness says. They are hired guns!

Now, here is an example of Crisler's recklessness: who would marry this nut job after just meeting her? (Also speaks to her level of recklessness) And Crisler likes to say "the reason why I talk about myself so much, the custom shirts, etc. is to gauge your reaction. I am constantly studying the patient and his mental state." Looks like Dr. Drunk Douche is not the greatest psychologist either, does it? Hey, Dr. Douche - the correct patient reaction is get up and leave your practice (then claim you dismissed them) because your attention is only on yourself and not on the patient who needs help.
