hmm. usps did tell me a while back that they arent doing signatures cause of covid. how much faster is ems compared to dhl?
Yea, I really don't like the signature thing. Now I am trying to reschedule a delivery through USPS and it's saying my address is not correct. Seems weird to me.

From my experience with both EMS is like two weeks, versus nearly a month for DHL! The thing that's unfortunate is a signature can be required (although you can request to waive it), but worst case is you just have to go to your post office to pick it up there, which I have for an EMS package before.
Personally I prefer greatly prefer EMS due to the faster shipping speed!

The same happened for me. I recommend you head to your post office and pick it up promptly before it returns to sender.
USPS website said your address was invalid too? Honestly it’s probably dumb to worry, but the whole signature thing freaks me out.

Yep, had the same thing happen on USPS site, although from a different company -- not ExpressPCT, but still EMS shipping from India, to USA.
Like I said, I recommend going to your post office and picking it up. They didn't give me a hard time at all. I asked for the package, showed ID and that was it! Out in 5 mins
Sometimes the USPS delivery person will sign for you, we have seen this quite often during Covid.
EMS is a lot faster! DHL has to go to Singapore, then Germany and then the destination country. EMS is a direct service. We also lost a lot of money with DHL, packages appeared missing which meant we reshipped them, then the packages arrived and so did the reshipment.

It's been a whole week since I made an order (domestic shipping, deus medical warehouse), but it still hasn't been dispatched. Is it normal?

Got my international order. Took about 33 days but it did finally show.
Nice I ordered mine over a month ago and its been in transit for 15 days. Hopefully it comes soon, I just really hope it didn't get seized in the mail...
