Maybe i'm just too paranoid and it should hurt lmao. PIP was just uncomfortable during the morning, after that it progressively went away. Sooner or later I will try mct anyways, I just want to discard posibilties that caused it to know how can i avoid it.

Imho it was just a bad shot, i never had any pip with Hilma products, even shooting 1.5 ml in delts

Regarding PIP, I am currently using hilma deca and mast e for a test/deca/mast run. PIP is virtually non existent. It is the first time I have ever used sesame oil too.

Regarding the effectiveness of the compounds?

switch to a bigger needle diameter. i used to do IM with 30g needles and got strong pip. Issue with those needles is that you need a lot of pressure to push the oil through it and this pressure damages your tissue.
ive switched to 26g needles and it is much better, PIP almost non existent.
you coould also try to warm your oil under hot water before injecting
