Leg press 3-5x10-15 [270, 270, 270, 320, 320]
Leg curl 3-4x6-10 [55, 65, 65, 65]
& 15 min LISS cardio

Notes: I guess I should attempt using the 45 lb plates for squats next time bc a measly 115 squat is so bad...I've been squatting for at least 5 months now. I don't think I've seen any females at my gym use those though lol. Maybe if I bring my friend to spot me next time that would be a good idea, would be so embarrassing if I failed the rep, that would suck. Also wasn't sure if I should continue on with upper hyper and lower hyper next two days and then take the day off or just take the day off tomorrow. I really don't feel like I need the day off.
 
I skimmed over so sorry if you stated it but are you tracking total calories and macros or just protein? Also don't worry about what the weight is on the bar worry about how you move it. If you move 115 like it's measly weight ya then step up but if 115 is still making you stanky leg walk after the set it's plenty.
 
Welcome! I skimmed through as well and I agree with @RodgerThat - focus on diet - getting proper nutrition for your goals as well as train with proper form not numbers. It will all come in time. If that's you in your avi then definitely a proper plan would get you closer to your goals and I know the boys are loving it!

I know you are already in this a few days but I would honestly suggest focusing on diet and training first before relying on supplements. Also your doses seem off, just to clarify 20mg of clen should have you jumping out of your skin, I'm hoping you mean 20mcg which is still a decent dose and for most females it's a high one. Based on your avi, I think you can increase your proteins and do not be afraid of good fats. I think a proper food "routine" would be most beneficial. With that said, don't focus on weight as much as someone who is fit weighing 180lbs compared to someone weighing 180lbs not fit will look VERY different because of their overall body composition. So focus on reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass. I don't think you really need to be yo yo-ing from cut to bulk to cut and so on. Females do not really need to do that per say as we tend to collect a lot more fat that way which will be harder to cut later. Just play with your food intake and consume clean calories then adjust accordingly.

Also, you should switch your cardio to a HIIT style as it will be much more beneficial in reaching your goals and make the most out of your plan given your current stats. Once you drop body fat to lower numbers then LISS would be a great way to maintain.
 
Day 5

Protein= 155g
Took 50mg ephedrine with 400mg caffeine (split into two doses), 5mg var, and at night took store brand pill of benadryl.
Workout=Shoulders + 45 LISS cardio

Notes= No sides or anything yet but my muscles feel a lot harder, especially chest and shoulders. Glutes are crazyy sore from yesterday. Also feel REALLY horny...so much that it's really distracting. Really weird sexual fantasies I never really thought I'd have. Especially while working out lol.

For diet, I'm re-feeding on Day 14.
All those stimulants, I'd be buzzing and unable to sleep. Benadryl might help, but not much. But they do help burn fat.

Hi there, thank you.! Yup I'm doing 165-170g protein in 5-6 meals. 60-30-10 for macros. Fats are from salmon and fish oils. Usually comes out to 1400 ish cals, I log it into myfitnesspal :)

Thanks geargoddess, appreciate the help. I posted my macros and diet above, I could post the meal plan I normally eat too, do you think this approach is good? Refeed meal day 14, day 28, and once every week from then on.

I will switch to hiit for now as well. Do you think the split and lifts I had decided on a few posts ago is good for now? I'm liking it so far. Agree that form is the most important, I don't add weight unless form is there.

Yup body fat is high right now, but truth is it was because of my diet. It's gone down 2% so far since starting though.

I did mean 20mcg haha, didn't realize I had wrote mg. I won't go more than 40mg, just sticking with 20 for now Bc I can't seem to sleep even though I take it around 3-4am when I workout.

I noticed the past 3 days I haven't been able to sleep much though, so def agree. Really sucks TBH. The Benadryl doesn't really help either :/ wish it did. Have tried melatonin before as well and it doesn't make a difference really either. I'm guessing the only thing I could try is to cut clen dose to 10mcg.

As per the plan hit 125 on bench, and 125 on squat and 185 for deads. Had my friend spot me on the squats. I really feel like some of this is just in my head, I can almost always lift more than I think but part of me holds back sometimes, Idk how to explain it though.

I would also appreciate some thought on this, but was considering switching to primo (depot) after 6 weeks of var. I'm really concerned about the liver effects even tho my car dose is pretty low. I was thinking 30-50mg of primo per week max.

Are you taking tudca for the liver?

I never thought it was like this when your hormones change from using tbh. I bet its still different for guys, but I figured you just feel a little hornier nbd. Water is the ONLY thing you need to help your liver drink plenty of water and leave the other crap out. I have liver damage from an accident and have done harsh cycles just drink enough water and my liver values were fine
N=1, but yes in general I agree with you. However if she wanted to take one thing to be on the safe side I would suggest tudca...

glad it was haha :) totally can see that with tren, 3x+ stronger then test!!

If you are doing fine with NAC I would stick with that as tudca is expensive. However I believe tudca is the only supp with research stating that it helps with liver so perhaps next time you can go with that.

For sure, thank you for mentioning that btw. I was originally seeing posts on the three: tudca, nac, milk thistle, ended up buying nac but will pick up the tudca once it runs out. How much time would you recommend in between an oral and injectable cycle for the liver + hormones to come back to normal? Only 3-4 more weeks of this var cycle and was planning on taking 3 weeks off before starting primo depot.

Notes:

Last set of bench, almost failed the rep and the bar would have fallen on me!!! In an busy gym too. Just thinking about it alone makes me cringe, so glad I nearly survived. Happened to me twice before but over a year ago, once on the lncline - I was literally only lifting the bar though aha, and once at 4am when nobody was there and was prob doing like 85 lbs and had to just let the plates slide off on both sides.

I def continue to notice the bicep pumps are crazy. Feels like my biceps are going to explode.

I think I should finally get a lifting belt. I think it would help on rows. I just find those difficult still and don't feel it much in my back. I tried both underhand and overhand grip.

And a guy came up to me to ask if the towel on my bench was his towel. I told him I was pretty sure it was mine bc its an extra large one (bc I sweat like crazy doing cardio) and he just stood there and laughed and he introduced himself to me. It was weird bc the gym gives out washed towels anyways, why would he not just go get a new one, why risk using mine with all my sweat on it. Was prob 15 years older than me but I still can't stop thinking about him. Expecting some weird dreams tonight lol
