A KLA belt from Anderson Powerlifting is a good belt at a great price if you're not trying to spend a lot. I have a more expensive 4" belt for squats, but I use a 3" KLA belt for deadlift and it works great. @insaiyan93 picked one up not long ago and likes it also. I don't know that it's really necessary for rows though. Squats and deadlift, yes.

Yup +1 to the kla belt.

Also, i tried using the belt on rows the other day and i actually liked it alot. Not necessary for sure but sometimes on heavier sets i find myself cheating on the last few reps and the belt seems to help keep stable and prevent that.

seems like the other one with the clasp not the buckle is sold out for all sizes except xl. I think I would need medium or small.

This is the one I got

They have the same one in the 3" also which may be what you want, i have a longer torso so the 4" is great for both squats and deads for me but i know @Perrin Aybara said that 4" is uncomfortable for deads on him and he is less tall than i am. Didnt see your stats so im not sure.

Thanks guys :) so I guess I will go with the 3" I am 5'6". The one you guys posted looks a lot sturdier, I like it. Can't wait to use it!!

"less tall" haha

It's a matter of proportions and preference on how you wear it more than anything. For me the 4" gets in the way on deadlift when I'm bending down, but doesn't on squat and I want max coverage on each lift, so I have different ones for each. One of these days I'm going to pull the trigger on a 2" or 2.5" belt for bench to see how it feels.

I think 3" is a good place to start for you and will be multi purpose without getting in the way on anything or sacrificing coverage.

Welcome to Meso

Thank you :)

Def can understand that, makes sense. I think it will help me as well :) will get the 3"

For sure, thank you for mentioning that btw. I was originally seeing posts on the three: tudca, nac, milk thistle, ended up buying nac but will pick up the tudca once it runs out. How much time would you recommend in between an oral and injectable cycle for the liver + hormones to come back to normal? Only 3-4 more weeks of this var cycle and was planning on taking 3 weeks off before starting primo depot.
When I have taken tudca in the past I usually take between 750mg and a gram a day. Regarding time off, for the liver 3 or 4 weeks after stopping the var should be fine assuming your liver values are ok. Regarding hormones, I have no idea how that works with women. Hopefully somebody more experienced with that will chime in for you. The one thing I would say is that regarding both issues (liver and hormones), I would get bloodwork done before starting another cycle.

thank you :) so apparently the health foods place I normally get stuff from doesn't even carry tudca. I didn't realize it was so rare, they had all the other stuff though like milk thistle and liver detox etc. Any suggestions on where to buy from?

And def will get the bloodwork done as well.

Do you have an Amazon Prime membership? I've found their supplement prices beat most of my local shops a lot of the time. Never ordered tudca from them, but I imagine they carry it... they carry damn near everything!

Bought fat free cottage cheese today. Probably going to try it tomorrow with cucumber and chicken. Any recipes/suggestions are welcome :)

Oh and looked for yohimbine but the only one there was "yohimbe bark" and not what would be ideal. Will probably just wait on it for now, get yohimbine hcl. The bottle of the bark said it was for treating erectile disfunction and unleashing male sexual energy or something lol, meant to use it for fasted cardio though haha.

Feels so weird when I see guys outside of the gym who so obviously lift. I'm sure a lot of guys lift and workout but its not so common to see really jacked guys (or women)...at least where I live. Anyone else feel like this lol. Just a random guy at the grocery store, but he was huge, nice shoulders and chest. That's all I could really see bc the muscles were kinda ripping through this too tight shirt.

Hmm, not anymore :/ I canceled it, I had it before though. I was thinking of getting it from bodybuilding.com with the 10% discount code they sometimes have and just order a few things at once so dont have to pay for the shipping again and again. they're both good, prime and bb.com usually deliver the orders within 1-2 days. :)

It's uncommon where I live, too. I'm shocked when I run into someone else that looks like they lift, lol.

ooh I have a vitamin shoppe near where I live, I like it wayyy more than gnc's. Will see they carry it or maybe just go with amazon. thank you :)

The nearest one to me is like two hours, but the website has free shipping I think for everything. Also, little known fact GNC will price match competitors prices if you show them what they are. I've done this when I couldn't wait for shipping.
