Meso Powerlifting Corner

Yeah and doesn't seem to have crazy proportions or anything. I really wonder what makes a guy like that or John Haack. One in a million genetics combined with the work ethic to take full advantage I guess.
He looks like he has good mechanics for deadlift. Long arms short torso short legs. There is no way he is natty. Probably just doesnt respond to gear like that but and then you got people like browner who doesnt look that big until you see him in a tank top. I mean if you look at a lot of asian lifters that are on gear they still arent that big or even look like they are on gear sometimes. I guess he could be natty if he is a one trick pony, his squat and bench are really low

Speaking of which
Jamal just pulled 1k raw 9 weeks out from his next meet.
Should be interesting, hes going into his prep shortly, if he pulls it off, should see some I pressive numbers.
I. believe hes thinking of opening with an 800 squat as well as a 500ish Bench.

Gone a have to check the numbers to see where his total stacks up in his division

Hunter Henderson- women’s 165 queen won her pro card in the Ifbb this past weekend
Ben Pollack- 181/198 mens powerlifting champ also won his IFBB pro card in men’s open. Not many to do both anymore.
Looking forward to watching them develop as powerlifters and bodybuilders
That's incredible. I love seeing that strength athletes have broken out of the "mass moves mass" mindset. I think we largely have Dan Green to thank for that

Any one hear of this fed? Completed with them? Looks like mostly a multiply fed but they also offer Raw. Their “raw” includes knee wraps up to 3m. Seems like RPS same basic mission statement, put the lifter first , make the meets fun etc.
