Damn, looks like a kid. Thats awesome
If he's squatting 705lbs at 18 imagine how much he dominated the weight room in high school. Kids in my class couldn't even bench the bar or bodyweight squat to depth.

John Haack amazes me. I don’t understand how he’s so strong. It has to be some sort of wizardry.
Seen that this week and had to laugh
John Haack, just picks up))). But we are amazed at how he does it, with what ease and confidence. A new era of powerlifting is dawning. Once in my childhood I watched films about the universal soldier) and biorobots. So here he is - John-biorobot, or rather the terminator - T-1000John Haack amazes me. You are not the only one)) who simply does not understand what is happening and how he does it. But he just walks up to that damn barbell and lifts it up again and again. And I am amazed and amazed again and again, like a child who first saw a fairy tale))Should be looking at 2200-2300lbs at 198lbs in a couple weeks. I'm really tempted to make the drive to watch that plus see Jamal Browner pull 1000+. I don't understand either, superhuman genetics or sorcery for sure.
Yes, its strength and power really amazes and continues to amaze. After all, I have been watching him for a long time and such examples continue to motivate and amaze me at the same time.)Just amazing that he does at such a light bw and most likely drug free
seems like a bad method to me. Since it leads to injury. Better driven into competition by diet and nutrient management based on exercise rhythmAny of you guys use diuretics before weigh ins? Or know of a common protocol? I read on another thread about 8lbs of water gone in two hours with 80mg of lasix...
Well I know thats the number one thing people manipulate first is water I just wasnt sure if people have used diuretics to do it. It seems like a sure fire way since doing it naturally would leave too much up to chance I would thinkseems like a bad method to me. Since it leads to injury.
