Mishka's way to MUTANT

94.45 kg‘s // 208.23 lbs

Lost another 1.40 kg‘s // 3.08 lbs over night. Mhm. Guess that will not all be fat :/

Yeah, opinion discarded. This dude is a fraud. I wouldn't take any of his advice.
I'd love to see you argue with a PhD in endocrinology or counter his arguments. It was another another PhD guest on who made that statement. You're just a random guy calling doctors frauds. What credentials do you have apart from calling Doctors frauds?

PS: Doctors (PhD) don't have an "opinion" they actually research stuff and write papers based on facts.

Enough with this diabetes talk. This isn't how you get diabetes.

It doesn't directly cause type 2 diabetes, but it can lead to insulin resistance, which is a precursor to type 2 diabetes. So what is Diabetes? We're obviously talking about Type 2.

Type 2 diabetes is primarily characterized by insulin resistance combined with inadequate compensatory insulin secretion.

So, you're arguing that long-term use of Lantus and other insulins doesn't cause insulin resistance? Explain to me how that works—I'm all ears.

I'd love for you to show me anyone respected (not Dave Palumbo) who advocate for daily Lantus use. There's a current fad in the UK of using daily Lantus to relieve the pancreas from producing insulin to prevent the burnout of pancreas. However, this practice does more harm than good and can (and will) lead to insulin resistance.

Kurt Havens doesn't even have a PhD lmao
Having a PhD doesn't mean shit anyway, you can be a doctor and still be a fucking retard.

Even a simple ChatGPT query proves you wrong.

What about utlising fast acting insulin 4 training days per week (pre/post) and lantus (1-2 per week high carb days)?

Indeed, that's how it's usually used. There are many benefits to Lantus, but there's a reason why bodybuilders don't use it daily.

I was as to why he's using daily insulin during his cut, especially when it's inhibiting fat loss, which seems contradictory to his goal.

I don't want to derail @Mishka1903 Cycle log. Let's celebrate his recent progress and cheer him on as he aims for that shredded mutant physique.

He's a candidate and in the video I linked he conducted an interview with Dr. Dean

Dr. Dean has a Honours degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from National University of Ireland Maynooth and holds a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Fluorescence Spectroscopy.

I'm sorry, but again, you're a random calling PhD's retards.

You're overlooking the essence, particularly by turning to ChatGPT for answers. Research typically focuses on the broader population, not specifically on bodybuilders. These studies often involve individuals with health conditions like diabetes (as pointed out in your screenshot), from which conclusions are drawn. When these studies are extended to the general population, they often involve dietary adjustments, exercise regimens, and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle by participants.

You're contradicting the advice of nearly every coach out there. Could you provide an example of a respected coach who advocates using a daily Lantus protocol with a healthy individual, especially when they consume very few carbs? And if it enhances insulin sensitivity, why isn't it an adopted practice to use Lantus daily?

this might very well be true for maintenance calorie intake, but I doubt that for a bodybuilder eating 1000g of carbs and using upwards of 100ui of Lantus per day is not going to cause insulin resistance in the long run... but nobody is doing that study any time soon...
Don't get me wrong I use lantus in my bulking cycles but until you come off GH and insulin for a few months and test for insulin resistance you will not know for sure how close diabetes is...

Alright, i agree that taking 100 ius a day for a long time probably isn't the best idea. I am just allergic to that "insulin WILL absolutely give you diabetes/insulin resistance!" thing which is sadly parroted a lot and gives insulin a bad rep.

(not Dave Palumbo)

He admitted that he actually never used lantus and has no real idea about it btw

What do you mean having a phd doesn’t mean anything? Do you let your gardener fly your airplane or the dog walker check your prostate?

You can disagree on a topic and make an intelligent rebuttal. Do not make this absurd statements though, I don’t even know an iota about insulin or gh but now I tend to believe the other guys because of how you word your arguments lol.

I mean that people like to abuse their phds and md titles to look smart and pretend like they know some shit, while in reality they are mostly just googling stuff like everyone else.

Just look at these two professors

Here is an example of their professional work

The problem is they are way more knowledgeable than us will ever be, did anyone here even stepped or worked in a clinical setting/real laboratory or even interpret a real peer reviewed study?

I get what you’re saying that some of these called experts spew nonsense but that’s what it is in every field of endeavor, there are always a few but that doesn’t mean most of them are. Even then, for a layman like myself even if I don’t like how they present it would still be silly of me to outright dismiss their premise since I don’t know fuck all about the topic.

For all we know you might have the knowledge, experience and aptitude about insulin that most of us here don’t have so its easy for you to dismiss them out right.

Btw, I think Todd needs to slow down on his tren preworkout mix he is aging rapidly lol

Hello everybody, greetings from the ER.

I’ve been found by my neighbor, naked on the floor. He instantly gave me honey from a squeeze thing.

I was rushed to the ER with 22 blood glucose.

They got me back, pushed my glucose to 220 and two hours later it had been down again to 119.

I gotta stay here over night.

My wie said end the cut or we are divorced.

I found a midway, 2-3 months cut break and then sowie cut with a slight deficit of like 10%.

Thanks for going this way with me, I guess it is over for like 2-3 months now. Gonna eat clean and secretly stay on my cut stack and hope to reckon further.

Damn man, I’m glad you’re safe and someone got to you in time before something worse happened.

Just a friendly reminder, maybe think about slowly titrating down to trt/cruise levels and drop the stack till you recover.

It’s sad to see another iron brother go out before his time. Is it the insulin that caused low blood glucose or retratutide, something else?

Oh brother, that's some tough $hit! You're lucky someone found you in time. Hope everything will be ok with your health and listen to your wife on this

Agreed. I'm guessing the combination of insulin, high tren and the loss of weight. Tren and fat loss improve insulin sensitivity a lot. If he used to pin x amount of insulin before to get him down to normal levels for a given amount of carbs, now the same amount might got him too low. Just a theory.. Or perhaps a simple miscalculation.

I guess it’s been the insulin and the low food intake.

I guess I am very sensitive - not sure tho.

They pushed me from 22 to 220 and two hours later I’ve been at 119. they said that is sensitive.

Or perhaps a simple miscalculation.

For me it sounds like he wasn't eating enough for his high dose of insulin.

Whatever it was mishka, use this situation as a sign to change something.

I know such situations where you land in the ER, go home and just do everything the same. Don't be like this.

Gonna keep the whole stack the same - except the Slin will go out.

Will slowly go up with cals to maintenance and hope the 5-AMINO-1MQ and Retatrutide will still help me / let me recomp.
