Why does naps have to answer to something that was taken care of long ago? Fish oil is all it's cracked up to be man. Studies now show the people to truly benefit for using it are ones recovering heart attacks/disease.

I did read an article that fish oil gel pills are not proven to work. Just like multivitamin packets. 60% to 80% are not absorb by the body.

I have a fish rich diet so I'm already getting my omega from that. Also eggs have all the vitamins you need. Add lots of greens to your diet, and you'll be fine.

Aromasin has the ability to increase free testosterone and IGF (Insulin Growth Factor) levels in the body.
