Globo gym workout:
-Practiced handstand walks
-Wide grip strict pull-ups 5 x 5 x 5
-Loaded overhead alternating lunges (5 reps with 15 lb. DB and 5 reps with 25 lb. DB)
-Man makers (5 reps with 30 lb. DB)
CrossFit workout:
Lift: Bench Press
Warmup set w/ bar

Notes:
- My ankle doesn't seem to be getting better. I'm bummed that I took 5 days off and my ankle isn't getting better. I guess it's time to make an appointment with a doctor.
- The appearance of oily acne has decreased.
- I'm beginning to lose my appetite again.
