Can anyone remember over the last year or so if Odie mentioned something fucked up happening in his personal life. A death, job related, family member, anything with his lady?
My train of thought is that his behavior was normal and everthing was real. Then maybe something in his personal life went wrong. Maybe he started drinking at first to cope and then back to using. As things started to unravel he started to exaggerate and make up stories to over compensate. The more his life crashes and the lower he goes the more grandiose the stories got until eventually his behavior got destructive. If he was so happily married and so in love with his baby coming why was he carrying on the way he was.

No, but my line of thinking is he replaced drugs and alcohol with the high he got from the lies here. In addition to the lies, manipulation and threats he made behind the curtains here to other members which have him a rush as well. I haven't ran any tren yet...but I think OGH probably has a point on the fina. Seems like guys can get a little wacky on a heavy dose of it.

GG knows his real name and town, as I do . She cant find a marriage license issued in that name any time recent....another lie ?

It pisses me off too think he might have bin making up his drug addiction story(being sober). Cuz the real members of Meso dealing with addiction and staying sober know what the battle entails . Fighting for sobriety every single day for the rest of your life.

At this point... nothing surprises me... he is a 26 year old claiming he's 33.... fairly new to gear... maybe he was trying to replace his addiction with it... not sure... but I agree... I was in a relationship years ago with someone who went into active addiction and it was a nightmare. It's a real struggle and a horrible disease.

Boilermech is real. I use to talk to him frequently.

While Odie was getting into fina/component th brew, a guy told me awhile ago what he was about. From the addiction, which is real, to him being a liar, cheat, etc... The liar & chest I can't confirm. I knew last year what his true name is and where he resides, but I'd never put that info out.

I do believe he contacted me via pm as someone else, but never thought about it until now!

I don't spend time speculating anyone's motivations when they are proven to be a habitual liar. It is up to them to explain their reasons for lying repeatedly and then based upon what they say and more importantly what they have done to make changes in their life I will judge how much trust I place in anything they say going forward.

I guess speculation regarding someone's motivations can be a fun way to kill time in cases like this but that is really all it is.

Yup! Just like he stretched out his height and weight... this board, "chelsea" claimed he's way taller than her 5'9... and on the other board... 5'6 and then 5'8 at 209-225 lbs. .. I almost wish he was here to explain all these inconsistencies...

I know I can go from my 5'6 to a 6'1 with the right pair of heels... but I'm still 5'6... lol

I here you Jay. Even though keeping your internet life and your personal life separate is certainly a solid policy I have met several people on this board as well as another less anonymous board I used to be on.

Never had any issues and I have several who I'm friends with off the boards and talk to and/or see on at least a semi regular basis.

I was never close to Odie. Never pm'd with him once. I can see how those who were closer to him would want answers.
