I tore my hamstring and gricillis last fall. Thought my meet 4 weeks later was a wash. I was able to bench and DL as planned and took my squats lighter. I just don't know what to do to help it heal up and it's really impeded her lifting. Maybe I'll post about it in another section and see if anyone has advice.
