If they flagged by address free reships wouldn't be a thing, yet they work 99% of the time. thats why US gets free reships from every vendor while others (Canada, Aus, EU) don't.

I know this has been answered but you will be fine with the same address as I have had to have a few packs reshipped throughout the years.

Got both international reship packs this week. Was a long process, but communication was good throughout. I do believe they are making a considerable effort to fix some of the problems with their procedures. Original order was placed 5/9, so just be sure to give plenty of time to get your pack(s).

Now that I know what to expect, I will likely order from them again in hopes that their procedures have improved as their prices and offerings are appealing. Customer service went above and beyond to keep me satisfied and they seem to genuinely care about their customers (though it did take a negative post here to prompt action).
