Weight today was 223lbs

Everything went well and felt easy. Did 295 on the squats beltless and 120-130 on cable crunches. Ten minutes of cardio because short on time.

Nothing special, but vids of the deadlift singles since I was trying out my new camera stand.

 
So my next cycle will be test/deca at 600/400. Do you guys think kickstarting it with test prop is worthwhile or should I just be patient and let it kick in when it does?

If I'm not cruising prior I'll kick start the test. If I am I don't really bother. Me personally would take a bottle of NPP to kick the start the Deca just like I take a bottle of tren a to kick tren e.

I'm cruising on 140mg test cyp right now. I feel like I've lost strength since I was cutting and I just hope it doesn't take to like week 8-10 just to get back to where I was last cycle.

If you kickstart does that require the cycle to be shorter since your levels are high right away? I was planning on sixteen weeks again. I'm not sure that I'll be competing at the end of this cycle or not yet though, so I guess the length doesn't matter.

True. Once I start I'll be focused on it. I'm kind of all over the place on plans until I put one in motion. Whether I do a meet or not will play a part in the timing and length of the cycle. We're going somewhere warm with beaches for our honeymoon next year, so I might end up running a real cutting cycle before then, too. Either Florida or the Bahamas.

Yea I have no clue what I'm doing after this program yet. I want to stick with the PLing but I miss doing more than 8 exercises.

But you're doing them so well. I think we can find you a more suitable PL program for you to try out. I don't have experience with it, but The Cube Method has a full BB day every week. That DUP I was running did as well. 5/3/1 is pretty versatile with extras, too. I've seen others I can't think of right now that have "bro days" where you just do whatever BB stuff you want. I think you could find something you enjoy more, Sheiko is limited in that way.

That would be nice. Don't get me wrong I like the big 3 a lot. I just don't like the feeling it leaves behind leaving out entire muscles groups. I know the big 3 touches on pretty much all of them but i like doing all the other stuff.

You can kind of tailor westside like that too. I do 4 days a week (sometimes adding in a 5th for more squat), but I start each training session with a main lift and the accessories are meant to help, but theyre also bbing type too.

I know I was going to log, but life got in the way. But I can send you a copy of my spreadsheet so you can see kind of how I worked it.

Thats exactly what I did. Of course I had never front loaded until recently (trying it with EQ), so I dont know which works better yet. According to steroidgraph frontloading gets you level faster, but I had good success with the NPP and deca the way you said it.

You didn't run into any problems with the deca being higher than test until the long ester test kicked in?
 
Oh, during the phase, my test was high. Like Cheech and Chong high. Im not proud, but it happened.

Based on recent bloods I should be around 1200 right now. I just don't want to get any of the ED sides from nandrolone I hear about online. I guess I could up the test a couple weeks before starting npp.

I ran it for about 14 weeks I think and had no ED issues. But I also take a small dose of cialis everyday. Matter of fact it was the opposite, I had bad morning wood, but that could also be the high test.
The only issue I had on deca I havent had in other compounds is bad orgasms. But Im thinking thats E2 related. Ive gotten bloods but Im always playing with dosages of AI to get exactly right.
