My squat fucking sucks. I think I'm just gonna do push pull again. Just worked up to 480x1 @RPE 10. I'm nowhere near where I need to be. Lower back still hurts pretty bad from Sunday, too. It's crazy weight I could probably do for 25 reps on deadlift is a max effort single on squat.
Have you tried any conjugate stuff to make it easier on your posterior chain? Reverse bands, etc? My lower back is one reason I gave up going for a big squat. Not worth the pain to me if I don’t compete. Sucks bro.
 
Perrin hurt himself while deadlifting that s why. I firmly believe if the squat is well done (impeccable technique with the right volume/intensity) u wont hurt yourself. Conjugate focus on heavy lifts while sheiko uses variation type programs which allows you to master the skills thoroughly while performing a high volume weekly.

Not in awhile. I tweaked my back a little Sunday, but I'm not sure that's it or just the fact I've only done back squat like five times since April. I originally was planning on push pull only, but switched meets and decided to take a crack at an elite total. I'm really close, even with a poverty squat. I just don't see making up the weight with bench and deadlift right now. I don't know. It would be a hail Mary to squat 500ish, bench 430, and pull 715 for the elite total.

Yeah, back thing was from deadlift Sunday. I didn't really hurt during squat, but maybe babying it was knocking some weight off. I easily did 440x5 the other day, I should be stronger right. Or like I was saying could just be lack of practice with squat lately.
 
Squat 250lbs for 4x3
Bench 225lbs for 4x3
Deadlift 350lbs for 4x3

Whatever I did last Sunday on deadlift doesn't seem to be getting any better. Got me a little concerned. I can still do the lifts, but it's painful and not sure how much it'll affect numbers. Even prevents getting really tight on bench.
 
How far out from the meet are you?

A week from today. Got hurt last Sunday and it's pretty much the same. Doesn't hurt so much during the lift except the top of squat and lockout on deadlift. Also hurts trying to set up for bench, but I did hit an all time 3 rep PR after getting hurt, so potential is there on bench at least.

All things considered squat didn't go terrible this week. Looking at the video I think I was good for 500-505lbs max. At least on that day. Deadlift is the unknown one on how it'll affect it.

I don't know, nothing new. Went into my last two meets injured. We'll see what happens. Just need to hold up long enough to get my lifts and can take time off after.
 
I weighed 221lbs this morning. I'm considering dropping the MK 677 and/or creatine this week to drop a little water weight without having to drop calories.

Also, this is gonna be my last time running deca. A couple years ago when I ran it the first time I had problems with my resting pulse being really high and been having that again lately. Doesn't seem to happen with NPP, but could be cycle length because with deca it doesn't seem to pop up till later. Looking at Google it seems it's a possible side effect. So just gonna toss deca on my list of shit that doesn't agree with me like drol.
 
How much are you on of everything? Ive herd deca can do this in higher doses, test as well but its normally an individual thing like gyno and acne

This was after lying on the couch for an hour after breakfast. Seems to really spike hard after breakfast every morning, too. Most of the rest of the day it's 80's and 90's. Normally just on a cruise it's 60's and 70's.

I dropped the deca last week. Was 437.5mg a week plus 262.5 NPP. Was just gonna run NPP and prop this week before going back to cruising on just test. Still running 75mg of var, 4iu HGH, and 20mg MK 677.
 
So youre on 700 a week of nandrolones? That could definitely do it. How much test? I think some of the high blood stuff is due to the higher combo of both. I used to run pretty standard cycles of Test/deca, 5-600/2-400 but tried upping the test to 750 and deca to 500 and by the 8th week I felt like trash. Lowered the deca back to 3-400 and felt fine.

Tren even just a low dose seemed to jack up my heart rate and BPH, have a clean diet does help quite a bit though.
