Absolutely. Got some restaurants picked out. A diner type place for breakfast, gyros for lunch, pasta for dinner. Fairlife whole milk between meals.
Just don't have an omelette for breakfast. Lol. I did first thing in the morning after weigh-ins with blueberry pancakes. That omelette fucked me the rest of the day. I had to force feed a five guys milk shake just to hit my carbs by the end of the night that I usually eat on just a normal day.
Edit: anyone that lives in the boonies like me. A five guys milkshake isn't what you would think..... It's a fast food place.. that doesn't serve tube steak.
Bob Evans is usually my go to. Biscuits and gravy and pancakes or French toast. Or hotel breakfast if the hotel is decent. Not sure what they have because I'm skipping breakfast right now to go weigh in here in a few.
Can't really go wrong with pancakes or french toast. I could easily hit upwards of 200+ grams of carbs in one meal but be ready to eat again in a few hours.
This not eating breakfast till after 9am is horrible. I'm so hungry.
