Also got excited yesterday weighed 220lbs. Then took like seven pisses in the night and weighed 214lbs just now at the gym. Weekend cheat meal temporary sodium bloat strikes again. Meant to pick up some olive oil at the store over the weekend and forgot. Planned on adding olive oil to all my shakes again to increase calories. I added a sixth meal in awhile back, but so far it's only an additional sandwich. Next step will be expanding it to a full meal.

I'm always amazed at how much water I piss out every night
 
Yeah, it's crazy sometimes. During the week I only wake up once or maybe twice and it's not as much. But I've noticed after having a big cheat meal on the weekend I'll hold a ton of water and then wake up a ton a night or two after.

I ate a watermelon before going to bed and crushed some popcorn.
The carb load and watermelon was an awful idea... I barely slept as a result of the mass quantities of piss I was producing.

The deficit conventional single at 565lbs moved pretty well. Was maybe 8.5 instead of 8, I'm really having trouble judging it. Kinda ran short on time at the end. Also forearm pain is getting worse, so having trouble with doing most accessories.

My close grip is power house until 225.
at which point it instantly drops to almost nothing.
Seems like I cant handle the reps over 225
 
Hammer those triceps. Slingshot, Bench blockz/boards, skull crushers, JM Press, etc. When my bench was around 300 I remember being able to Cg 245 x6. My close grip and incline are about the same now

Because you have a higher and solid bench right now.
Believe it or not my triceps are my pride and joy, definitely my best attribute.

I think my best Cg recently is 275x5 ish. Hard to estimate what it is fresh since I only do it for an accessory now. It’s definitely higher now
 
I guess I hurt my knees Friday doing deficit deadlift. I was already loaded up on ibuprofen at the time for my forearm and didn't think it was bad until later at work. Been hurting all weekend, seemed better yesterday, but woke up with it pretty bad again this morning. Just did bench today.

Might walk a little to finish if it doesn't hurt my knees too bad.

Lifting went shitty. Had planned on taking this whole week off lower body, but couldn't resist doing deadlift today. Did regular instead of deficit because I thought it wouldn't hurt my knees. Worked up to 545x1 pretty easy. But it hurt my hip and felt like I was pulling something in my oblique. So I stopped there and went to my regular sets and the first one was super hard and hurt, so I stopped. My forearm is still hurting pretty bad. Pretty much my whole body feels like shit and hurts.

Did work up to an easy 385x1 slingshot single. Thought about 405x1, but no spot. Then did my 6x5 with 315lbs.
