Perrin Aybara's Journey to an Elite Powerlifting Total

Bro get ahold of some metformin over the Berberine, if you can. I just started it last week, but what’s it’s supposed to do is amazing with GH. Luckily for me, a majority of my family are obese / diabetic, so I’m just handed the shit.

even without GH, I’m seeing the benefits of the nutrition partitioning with carbs.

I could and would like to try to eventually to compare. It was the convenience of having it at my door the next day via Amazon Prime that made me go berberine again this time.

It's weird how light 335lbs feels until it falls an arm's length onto your chest.
Ya that's scary af...you sure got lucky it wasn't your throat or worse. Nice Swiss bar btw, and hopefully that will help you work around your bruised chest till it heals. No doubt the pain from that will linger a while...

4 wheels would feel worse no doubt!

Close, I just ordered one of these yesterday to do all my benching with for awhile. Can't believe how long this pain is lingering.

Lol. That’s why normal people won’t ever understand.

See, an average guy drops even 150 lbs on his chest and quickly gets a new hobby. After dropping 335 lbs you go out and buy a specialty bar. Why? Say it together now: “So I can keep doing it!”

My wife always shakes her head.

Shoulder saver Elite FTS pad is an option also
I should look into that as well as I injured my left shoulder 5 weeks ago...guess I'm guilty of going one rep too many then felt that dreaded pop in there.

@Perrin Aybara would that shoulder saver pad been just as good or you simply noticed less pain when you rotate your hands as when using a Swiss bar?

Lol it's because she knows you are crazy!

Just kidding man.

It's all I know.

I don't know, haven't tried either yet. Part of getting this bar is I feel like I'll have some fear of dropping the bar for awhile and the angled grips seem like it would be near impossible to drop. Plus been stalled on bench awhile and the variation and triceps emphasis should help.
