Progress/training log part 3: Operation retard strengthstrength

Fucking STELLAR night!

1.deadlifts 15x1 8RPE 445lb
2.rack pulls 4x3 9RPE below knees worked up to 445lb for 3 sets and realized they weren't really a true 9RPE so did my last set with 545lb which is just a gigantic rack pull pr, bad ss having that kind of weight in my hands (had to use straps cuz my hands were tore the fuck up from deadlifts but still)
3.stiff leg dead 2x8 225lb
4.seated DB OHP 4x6 70lb
5.lateral raise 4x16 15lb
6.supposed to be BOR 3x8 but my phone died and I couldn't remember so I ended up doing 5x5 with 155lb

Goddamn that was a great night. I maybe could have used 455lb for dead but I just decided to be conservative and consistent through my sets instead of potentially going over what I wanted and having to drop weight. Great night though, great fuckin night.

I’m doing better now. Had a rough couple months. Fell off the wagon but I’m getting back on now. Word of advice, don’t drink heavy while on Tren, it totally fucks with your body. I felt like shit and was dehydrated as fuck. Never quit lifting tho :)

Sorry to hear it bro, but glad to hear things are getting better for you. Yeah man shit, drinking heavily alone does enough of a number on me haha
 
Pretty good tonight

1.squat walkout 3x10 seconds 110% of 1 rep max used 390lb for an estimated one rep max and rounded up to 430lb that was pretty intense, it's a lot of weight lol

2.squat 6x2 8RPE 390lb volume pr I probably could have gone 355-360 but my back wad feeling a little tender today and I didn't want to risk an injury just to stroke my ego.

3.bench press 4x4 8.5RPE 2 sets with 225lb for a nice little bench pr and 2 sets with 215lb

4.DB bench 4x12 70lb

5.walking lunge 4x30 reps total used 455b DB in each hand until I started gettng sloppy then dropped them to finish remaining reps.

1.deadlift supposed to be a 9RPE double kind of fucked up and misjudged again, went for 475lb for a double but only hit 8RPE lol fuckin moved like butter, wish I would have went for 10-20lb more haha fuck yeah that shit wa' wild, gigantic pr for me.

Anyways then dropped 20% and hit 3x5 with 380lb belt ess

2.pullups 3xamrap got 4 3 2 lol I suck

3.upright rows 4x8 95lb

4.lateral raise 3x12 20lb

5.Arnold press 4x8 50lb

6.shrugs 4x16 315lb

Fuckin super happy with how that deadlift moved, but I wish I would have thrown more on there. I could maybe have treated that double like a warmup and did one more set but I didn't want to risk it and maybe overshoot, but I will definitely take a 8RPE double at 475lb fuck yeah!!!

It is literally going unbelievably well, felt like I could have pulled 5 hundo for a dub last night, and that's on about 5 hours of sleep, day after heavy squats, and coming in after a 9 hour work day.

I can't wait to see what I do under optimal conditions, fuck even my bench is looking less shitty.

You know the gainz are good when your bench is less shitty lol. We will be finding your true 1rm on the platform 2nd are for PRs 3rd attempts you ain’t even getting to know what I put on the bar for you ;)

Fuck yeah man, sounds like a damn good time, and I don't even need to know any numbers, feeling so good I feel like any weight I touch is going right the fuck up.
 
LIL bleh tonight

1.squat 4x3 8RPE 315lb could have done more strength wise but my back is feeling fuck on one side, noticed it last week too but aside from that I was just really tight and achy today, and I know it'' from those fuckin lunges I dI'd earlier in the week those things ways jack me up. Anyways just took it easy on squats tonight.

2.comp pause bench 5x3 8RPE 205lb

3.supposed to be squats 4x3 with 90% of my previous sets but It just wasn't feelin good at all so I just did 225lb

4.incline DB press 4x6 8RPE worked up to a top set of 95lb DB'' and did the last 3 sets with 80lb

5.leg press 2x20

6leg ext 4x16

Not a great night but just fried from the week I think.
 
So so tonight

1.deadlift 10x2 7RPE 405 for 5 sets then my back started hurting so just dropped to 315 for remaining sets.

2.rack pulls 4x4 just used 315, called it after 2 sets cuz pain.

3.DB OHP 4x6 60 70 60 60

4.seated rows 4x16 100lb

Just rolled out and stretched a bunch before leaving.

Back is sketching me out, didn't hurt on deads last week, it wasn't a terrible pain but it was enough to where I knew it was not smart to continue pushin too hard

Pain is right there, kind of right under the shoulder blade, must have tweaked something. No bruising/swelling etc. Gonna see how it feels and try to really take it easy this week in and out of the gym, I would rather sacrifice a couple pounds on the platform than not being able to compete at all.
 
Hey ya'l I'm back lol

So yesterday was a goddaMN shit show.

Some idiot at work had opened the garage door but only had it like 90% open( I don' know who) and some other fuckin idiot wad in a panicked frenzy trying to keep up with in shop orders and revieve all the window shipments and didn't realize it and slammed into the garage door with the forklift (me) and spent 3 hours trying to fix it or atleast get it closed untill the garage door repairman could come work on it lol

Anywaus, long story short I finally got it down but still had trucks to load fr the next day and ended up being at work almost 3 hours late. Got him and after having something to eat I fell the fuck asleep and ended up missing the gym.

Back is still a little goofy so I didn't want to do my scheduled deadlifts tonight so I did last night' workout tonight.

1.squats 3x5 7.5rpe 275lb beltless, just kept it light because getting super tight hurts my back and I need it to heal up. 1x20 95lb

2.comp pause bencheck 6x2 8RPE 225lb I was honestly more 8.5-9rpe but I needed to push myself with something

3.incline BB press 4 sets 134x10 155x10 185x6 135x15

4.cable crossover 80lbx10

Decent workout. Managed to squat without any real back pain. Hopefully I will be 100% by next week when I am scheduled to hit my squat opener for a few singles. Other than that I pretty much just have light work up untill the meet.
 
Missed last night. Had an opportunity to get some overtime at work, worked from 6:30 am till about 6pm b and I passed out when I got home and woke up this morning.

Today' workout was great

1.deadlift 10x2 7RPE 405lb easy
2.rack pull 4x4 top sets were 495 515 545 545
3.DB OHP 4x6 70lb
4.seated rows 4x16 120lb

Back was feeling good today, no pain to speak of and I was feeling very strong but decided not to push it too much.
