1.block pulls 6x2 9.5RPE top set 495lband the remaining sets with 475lb

2.BOR 5x5 165lb

3..DB OHP 4x6 60lb

4.pullups 4xamrap 3 2 2 1

Still suck at pulluos lmao however it was really cool to pickup 5 plates evem though it wasn't a real deadlift, it was still amazing to feel the weight in my hands. Fuckin loved it.

CNS adaptor for you to pick it up off of the floor your body has never felt the weight before this gave you a no fail way of feeling it for reps you are gonna smoke PRs in the deadlift for sure just make sure it’s on a day you feel healthy even if you have to bump the 4 singles day back make yourself feel good and I know something shocking s going to happen

Hell yeah man, i am freaking pumped!

I think i am gonna push it back a couple days, my dad is supposed to be coming up for the weekend to hangout and get a couple workouts in with me so i will probably do my regularly scheduled day 3 on tuesday, then go in wedneaday snd just do some mobility work and a kind of fluff workout to keep moving and then do my 4 singles on saturday when pops get here, that way i can do it on a day where i can get a real solid nights sleep and dont have a full day of work before hand.

Oh most definitely, excited to show him the progress. Last time i saw him i just barely pulled 455 and i was still 300+lbs, gonna be a good time.
 
Mediocre workout lol fuckin bench

1.bench 1x1 9RPE worked up to 240x1 paused but hit 10RPE 15%load drop 4x3 210lb paused

2.squat 5x5 7RPE 225lb beltless

3.powerclean/front squat complex 4x3 worked up to 165 and it was pretty easy so jumped to 185lb and on the second rep my hand slipped and 185 solid ass pounds fuckin nailed me in the chest so i called it on those for the night.

4.chest hypertrophy work incline BB bench 4x12 135lb
Incline fly 4x15 30lb

5.arms.

Fuckin damn that missed powerclean hurt like a bitch, dont think i broke/cracked anything though as i was able to finish the rest of the workout, but i have a feeling that shot is gonna be sore af tomorrow lol.

Bench was underwhelming as usual. Looks like in the past few months since the end of the cut my squat max has gone up 70lbs, deadlift has went up like 80lbs and my bench has gone up like 15lbs haha oh well, thats the way it goes, atleast it's progress!
 
Soo anyways, that little powerclean accident really hurt and my chest/upperback are still feelin prwtty shitty so i am just giving that time to feel better. Doing some stretching snd mobility shit at home everyday, just a little update. Fuck i am just a walking disaster lately lol.

6.lat pulldowb 4x20 100lb

Just did a whole buncha reps, light weight. Pec is still bothering me, no bruising or anything and i dont think anything is broken/cracked but it is sore as fuck lol.

SS 1: straight bar curls 4x12-15 60lb close grip bench 4x12-15 135lb

SS 2:Alt DB curls 4x 12-15 25lb single arm tri pushdown 4x15-20 40lb

SS 3:hammer preacher curls 4x15-20 15lb standing overhead DB tri extension 4x12-15 60lb

SS 4: wrist curls 4xinfinity 65lb thumbless grip reverse curls 4xjnfinity 30lb

Just a little puff n fluff workout. Chest wasnt bothering me for the CGBP so thats good, everything is feeling alot better so hopefully back to heavy lifting soon.

@RodgerThat i did exactly the opposite of what i said lol i did not take it easy, my ego tooks over and i couldn't really not go for a big deadlift. On a positive note, i went ahead and pulled 500lb fairly easy even though i wasn't 100%

I was just gonna gonna do some moderate weight singles but i got in there and by the time i had worked up to 405 beltless it felt good and i said fuck it im gonna atleast work up to 475 so i did that and i sat there and i saod fuck this shit i am getting my 500 pull so i out it on there, picked it up, and put it back down so i am pretty gosh darn jazzed about that.

Other than thay just did some accessory work and called it good.
 
Just went in and goofed off tonight lol.

1.banded deads worked up to 365lb for a single then 5 singles at 315lb

2.standing OHP 135x8 then worked up to 165lb for a single, tried for 185 but couldn't get it then 3x5 135lb

3.front squat 6x4 135lb

4.walking barbell lunges 135lb for 3 4 sets 5 reps per leg

5.2 supersets of arm pump stuff

Just dickin around, probably be back to regular stuff come this weekend.

1.squat 3x3 7RPE 315lb last set decided to go for an 8RPE amrap snd got 8
2.comp bench 3x3 7RPE 185lb last set was an 8rpe amrap and got 7
3.incline DB press 4x8 80lb
4.leg press 4x20 2 plates prt side

Gonna have one more week here with some moderate weight, still have a little discomfort and tightness in pec so dont wanna push anything too hard.

Didn't plan on the amraps tonight but squats were moving so damn fast i said i might as well go for it and i was very very pleasantly surprised. 315 for 8 is definitely a rep pr and at only 8RPE i am very pleased.

The max calculator i sometimes use, and which usually seems to be fairly accurate says that 315x10 puts me at around 420lb for a max? So even if thats a bit of a stretch and i am closer to 405 that puts me a bit further ahead than i thought i was.

1.deadlift 3x3 7RPE 405lb
2.BOR underhand 5x5 185lb
3.pullups 4x2 most were full reps
4.seated row 4x10 150lb
5.super duper arm blaster super set 4x15 cable curls 100lb tri pushdown 130lb 1 final super duper drop set started at 100lb and and 130lb respectively 10 reps and drop 10 pounds all the way down to 10lb

Nice little pr with the 275x3 front squat at about 8.5RPE other than that nothin special, just gettin in there to keep moving and not get out of my groove.
