the injury is as follows.
chronic tearing of the ac ligament.
their is a complete full thickness tear of the Supraspinatus tendon.
bicep labral ancor, longitudinal split proximally.
labrum fraying posteriorly and superiorly.
biceps tendon longitudinal split.
their is fraying lnvolving the cephalad articular carlilage of the humeral head.

Being directly involved in the post op recovery and rehab of a number of folk with shoulder surgeries I can tell you those who fair the best follow their surgeons rehab plan to the “T”!
And those that do poorly,
are continually trying to push their recovery and along with it the incisions, clips and anastomosis, with the end result being a failed shoulder syndrome!
Wanna guess what category of patients tend to do poorly IME?
