Simec rip off (until further notice)

My point exactly. People are forgetting this is an accredited testing facility and must jump throu pretty extensive hoops to get and maintain accreditation and it's essential to their business. They're not going to throw it away to help an UGL lab out. People need to think before they reply....
I believe that thinking before replying was somehow banned beginning roughly jan 2016......

they're certainly waaaaay too busy for any more customers in case anyone was planning on using them. Don't . I really hope their pockets start to feel this. Wishful thinking. I'd be slamming them on every single forum I could. Maybe I will

Do other forums actually use SIMEC? The other ones I've lurked on seem to have no clue.

Brother why am I seeing the clinching factor. Oh sry sir one of workers dog ate your sample. lol

They seem to have a stash of excuses. Before it was "it took longer than expected to get a reference sample".

All joking aside and let's even go as far and give Simec the benefit of the doubt.( hypothetically) Imo a very valuable lesson learned here and needs to be addressed. Is PC should not be using Simec as their personal crutch as an avenue for them to send out bunk gear! By the time it takes one customer to get an answer PC has already shipped out huge amounts of that batch in question. Is this done knowingly? Everyone has their own answer on that . But Meso members ain't no dummies!

I agree and have had my balls busted a few times for saying that exact thing. My question is if they find a bunk, under, over dosed vial, are they selling the rest of that batch still? If so why? Seems the fix would be to shit can the entire batch as we know they can't test every vial and then sell them.

I guess I just assumed it was the go to but I was thinking of something that would pop up immediately on a Google search to warn future customers. A Reddit maybe? I'd love to hear some other ideas

So just so I'm clear your still giving the benefit of the doubt to Simec?

edit- Cuz yeah all these excuses sound very reasonable. I mean since they are so "ACCREDITED" right? people open your eyes!

Thanks for the testing.

This would be a good business to get into, testing steroids. I wish there was more info on it.

If you only had any idea about how difficult testing AAS IS.

While MS simplifies the qualitative analysis, obtaining reliable quantitative results can be quite problematic.

To give you an idea how difficult the process is, guess how many labs are approved and/or accredited by the WADA in the U.S.?

ONE!

The UCLA lab in California!

Dr Jim I respect your opinion. How should one look at all these excuses being used in regards to this situation? As an intelligent individual I find it to be quite insulting.

Of course. Their results hold more weight than anyone's comments in this thread.

You fail to see it bc you've already formed your opinion and cherry pick the information to bolster that while ignoring what doesn't.

You have no idea what it takes to become accredited nor to maintain accreditation. You don't know what accreditation even means: You're posting your conspiratorial thoughts as if they were truths or half truths. You would have us believe that that Simec's services are fraudulent and lack integrity bc THE AMERICAN DEA says steroids are illegal (which hasn't stopped countries like Mexico, Turkey, Greece, Thailand, etc from selling these to anyone with cash might I remind you). And not once, not once, have I seen you criticize Millard's Simec results in any way, shape or form or claimed them fraudulent/lacking integrity/bought off like you have here. you need to open your eyes and see the actual truth and not some Area 51 type shit.

Millard has sent them more business than anyone here and even he has to wait 3+ months for one simple HPLC test. Luca is getting much more in depth testing done than this. This isn't rocket science but some critical thought goes a long way.

The last test report AnabolicLab received from SIMEC took over 3 months and that was only HPLC testing for a single compound. Microbiological and heavy metal testing would have taken even longer especially since heavy metal testing is outsourced to another laboratory.

I am surprised that anyone is giving the SIMEC conspiracy theories serious consideration. Given all the publicity from AnabolicLab, SIMEC is likely conducting more steroid analytics than ever before this year. In addition, they've relocated their operations to another city this summer. And don't forget the customary 4-6 week European summer vacations. Of course, they are going to be behind schedule.

I like fast results as much as the next person but I'm not going to abandon rational explanations in favor of fanciful stories as a way to express my disappointment.

Very well said Doc as expected seeing as your one of the brightest members here. So please sir enlighten me why such a high respected business is producing the LAMEST excuses a 10 yr old kid could come up with ?

All of the 'excuses' hold water from what I've seen. Breaking a column on the HPLC is a very real possibility for analytical labs and so is needing more reference standard. There are also other factors that are delaying things that Millard mentioned earlier, company changing locations, summer vacation, dramatically increased business etc.

This type of delay happens with services like this. It's not unheard of and anyone familiar with this space will tell you the same.
